While they recently are branching out to embrace management companies, they are staying focused on their core customers, which means keeping things as simple as possible. The interface is quick and responsive, but also a little on the simplistic side. This can be a bug or a feature, but I have warmed to it being a feature. There is basic Google Calendar read integration, limited to a single calendar. I'd love to have more robust support, but I totally understand how that quickly complicates things, too. Before you know it, feature creep can ruin simplicity, and I think the PayHOA design people understand this. All of this comes at a very low price. Yet the onboarding support is excellent. Documentation and Knowledge Base articles are robust, and maturing AI features are very helpful. > > **Cons**: The documents interface is klunky. Again, is it a bug or a feature? It is a formal records storage facility and really isn't intended as a collaboration platform. Even so, only a short list of file types and name extensions are allowed, which is frustrating to a techie.
