OptiMantra also has a robust library of templates that we have been able to leverage to get clinics started. I would prefer 20 minute slots. I would also prefer a better way to order imaging rather than go through the lab workflow. The orders are difficult for radiology departments to read and I cannot specify left or right x-ray or MRI. I can only specify the laterality in the diagnosis which is not adequate for many facilities so I have to rewrite orders. > > Very good experience onboarding, generally fast response to tickets.
