Cezanne is good for small-mid size companies
The system served our purpose while we were a mid size company. They listen a lot and the customer service is better than some of the big providers. However, as we grew we ended up overgrowing the system and some processes, reporting, integrations, etc became difficult to handle.

Cezanne Review
We've been using Cezanne for our HR needs, for two years now and it's been an excellent experience overall. The system is incredibly easy to navigate, making it user-friendly even for team members who are less tech-savvy. The implementation process was smooth and efficient from Cezanne.
One of the features I particularly like is the ability to create and customise reports. These reports are straightforward to generate and easy to understand, which saves us a lot of time when analysing HR data.
Customer service has been fantastic as well. Whenever we’ve needed support, the Cezanne team has been responsive and helpful, which adds a lot of value to the product. As for pricing, it’s quite reasonable given the range of features and customisation options available.
In summary, Cezanne is a reliable, customisable, and cost-effective HRIS solution. I highly recommend it for companies looking for an HR tool that's both easy to set up and easy to use.

Great all Round HR system and a great support team
Overall the systems implementation has gone very smoothly, with any issues quickly being resolved by the team at Cezanne. We are now working towards BAU in the company and all of our employees have found the system to be straightfoward to use.
Pros
The team behind Cezanne were definitely the best part of the system, they made implementation go smoothly and were always there to offer support as soon as we needed it, especially [sensitive content hidden]! I also like how much you can tailor the system to your specific company needs.

Good HR System
Cezanne is a good HR system with great potential. Our experience is that quite often you need to pay extra to access different parts of the systems, some of which you would expect to be part of your overall set up.
Pros
Dedicated account manager at initial set up is hugely beneficial. Helpdesk are relatively quick in responding to queries. Like most HR systems, you need to invest a lot of time getting to understand the system and it's different capabilities. We are almost 2 years with Cezanne and still learning.
Cons
Set up was tricky. Not able to speak to anyone and no live chat function. Ticket system works well most of the time but can be quite frustrating for complex queries.

Overall a great system with excellent support team.
Overall it is a good system and the support team are great at helping quickly and effectively. The check in Teams calls with a member of staff at Cezanne are also great to discuss any concerns.
Pros
Visually the platform is very user friendly and makes it very easy to navigate to whatever you need to access.
Cons
Recently, we have seen a lot of issues that have occurred following updates to the system. The support team were able to help rectify these quickly, but there was no communication at the time that the issue had occurred (despite Cezanne being aware of it) so we had to wait until an employee stumbled across it to then have it resolved, rather than fixing it straight away and avoiding the inconvenience to others.

Very happy experience, Cezanne go above and beyond for any requests or projects we have raised with them.
Pros
The user interface is easy to use and clear, with sensible headings making navigation simple. Like the fact the payroll module bolts on and is seamless, meaning we can successfully submit payroll on time and correctly each month.
Cons
Initial training was quite short meaning there was a level of self training to be undertaken, but the Cezanne team have always been supportive and responsive if we have had any queries.

A good experience - we did not have anything similar before, and it's really handy to have everything together in one place. Booking and viewing holidays is now very simple

Ideal HR Software for SMEs
We have a number of flexible working patterns and using Cezanne has automated calculating holiday entitlements. It is an easy to use, one-stop shop for storing and retrieving employee information. It has also been useful for capturing document storage and gathering electronic signatures to ensure employees have read changes to procedures or other important documents.

Cezanne was a great investment for our business as it helped to streamline and automate a number of manual processes that we had been carrying out. It is user friendly and cloud based allowing for easy use from home or on site.

Cezanne allows a variety of report running/data inputting. It provides us with what we require.
Pros
Once you understand how to use Cezanne it is easy and very useful to input and export data.
Cons
I feel would be better if there was a phone line we could call rather than all email tickets - as sometimes we need things resolving asap and can take 24 hours for ticket to be raised/resolved. Email ticket responses are helpful but would be quicker and easier to have a phone call.

Generally good, a few minor irritations.
Pros
Mostly very easy to use, the reporting is generally good. System is user friendly and looks slick. Allows us to manage employees across about 18 different countries so good for small, global companies.
Cons
Changing someone's manager can be a headache. Reporting on leavers is a little tricky as their info tends to come out blank unless you run very specific reports. The org chart.

In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .
Pros
The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.
Cons
Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.

The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.

Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

Positive, implementation expert has been very supportive in guiding us through the systems we are looking forward to a our launch.
Pros
We are in the processes of deploying Cezanne HR to all our staff, feedback so far is how easy it is to view and amend details in self service portal. We like the custom workflows and ability to manage tasks within the application.
Cons
The reference to Military and the Services, and that we are not able to remove this from the applications for Admins.

Extremely user friendly, once you learn the ropes. Especially like that they offer all things HR in one place.

Getting to a place where you're confident to use it can take some time/training. Once you learn the processes it becomes very easy.
