I swithched to Hana because it had a few more integrations (like sending delivery routes to our drivers phones, and allowing them to update deliveries in real time plus a few other options that Floranext did not have. After a little over a year I switched back to Floranext mainly because it was less hassle( there always seemed to be an issue with one thing or another). I'm not sure if that's a glitch in the system or if they are not checking their junk mail. It also has a glitch that if people just put in the zip code when ordering for delivery, it goes into whatever state that they are ordering from.
