After the first few months and going 0/10 on bids with half of them not returning calls or receiving feedback, we began reducing resources spent here. The $1,999 subscription auto renewed even though I had told my rep I had no interest in renewing 4-6 months prior. The emails were buried in spam and fine print, and they refuse to issue refunds.
