> **Pros**: The free plan is a great way to get started without any upfront commitment, and the premium tiers are reasonably priced when you're ready to upgrade. Creating work orders and estimates is straightforward and doesn't take long to figure out. They also have a solid library of tutorial videos on YouTube and on their own site that make getting up to speed easy.

> **Cons**: Customer support response times can be slow when you have a question or issue. Would love to see a Digital Vehicle Inspection feature and a mobile app added in the future. The labor rate options are a bit limited and could use more flexibility. The dashboard also feels like it's still a work in progress, not everything there works the way you'd expect.

> HibbittsAutoPro has been a real asset in helping my shop transition to digital invoicing and grow as a business. The resources they provide online make it easy to learn the platform and get more out of it over time.
