Clients book online around the clock, choose a service and a staff member, and get an SMS confirmation and reminder. The team works from a shared calendar with staff schedules, blocked times, repeat bookings and a full client history, on the web or the iPhone and Android apps. A free POS (cashier) and stock module covers payments at the desk and product inventory.

Specialist businesses get screens made for their work: clinics keep patient charts (a dental tooth chart, a 3D body chart for physiotherapy, nutrition tracking), vets record vaccinations and send automatic reminders, garages and tyre shops run work orders and tyre storage, and taxi companies show the price before booking, take card payments and dispatch rides to a driver app (EUR 0.15 per booking).

Pricing is pay-as-you-go with no subscription or commission: EUR 0.06 per SMS and EUR 0.10 per booking made through the Wiiz app, paid from a prepaid wallet.

Support is in Greek and English by phone, by email and through the online help centre on the Wiiz website.
