Define what the role needs
Map job titles across twelve tiers, from C-Suite to entry level, and set which competencies each title requires and how much: Essential, Important or Supportive. Sixteen leadership competencies ship with written definitions; edit them or add your own up to 25.

Two raters, not one
An assessment round sends two single-use links, one to the employee and one to the line manager. They rate the same competencies Basic, Advanced or Expert, independently, and neither sees the other's answers.

HR decides, and the record is kept
Calibration puts both readings side by side, largest gap first. Take the employee's level, the manager's level, the average, or set it manually. Calibrating locks the record; raw answers are never overwritten.

Training that comes from the gap
Locking a record generates that person's development plan from your training catalogue, with provider, hours and cost per programme. Track each item to Assigned, Completed or Excluded, with a certificate link. Line managers update their direct reports' training status through a cycle-long link, without an account.

See the whole organisation
Competency Intelligence shows the Basic, Advanced and Expert distribution with a radar view and a gap table. Twelve tools include a nine-box grid, competency insight, training investment, development ROI, employee comparison and multi-cycle performance trend.
