It is owner revenue driven as opposed to the online booking tool's model which is occupancy driven and guest focused. They offer easy to follow instructions and webinars that allow you to fully understand the tools and functionality. Ultimately you are able to read the data and make informed decisions to maximize your profit and occupancy. > > **Cons**: The only issue I have with the system is the inability to map prices against the curve (you will understand when you have the software). But that is an understandable consequence of the programs algorithm and ultimately does not hinder me in any way. > > The single absolute best tool out there to not only manage you short term rental but understand how to help it grow.
