Who it is for
Owners and sales managers at distribution and wholesale businesses in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf states and Egypt - fast-moving consumer goods, food and dairy, beverages, medical supplies - running anywhere from 2 to 20+ field reps. What makes it different
Arabic first, not Arabic translated. The rep app, the invoices, the dashboards and the support are built right-to-left from the ground up, so the person using it at a shop counter never has to work in a second language. English and French are included for mixed teams.

It works with no signal. A rep issues a simplified tax invoice carrying a scannable code and prints it on a 58mm thermal printer while completely offline. Documents queue on the phone and upload themselves the moment the connection returns, each carrying a unique key so a flaky network can never create the same invoice twice.

You pay per company, not per user. 299 Saudi riyals a month (about 80 dollars) covers up to 5 reps; 599 riyals (about 160 dollars) covers up to 20. Adding a rep does not change your bill, and there are no setup fees.

Sales, collections and receivables aging per customer, updated live. Van stock per rep: what was loaded, what was sold and what remains for every item. Location-verified visits with photos, and the rep's actual route drawn on real roads. Daily dashboards per rep, customer and branch. Demand forecasting that suggests what to load on each van. A separate mobile admin app, plus a Windows desktop app.

Support and onboarding
You deal directly with the small team that builds the product, by WhatsApp or email, in Arabic or English. Onboarding is hands-on: we help you import your customers and products and stay with you until your first real invoice is issued in the field. The 10-day free trial starts in minutes and needs no credit card.

Where we are honest about limits
We support phase one e-invoicing: the printed invoice carries the scannable code in the standard tag-length-value encoding. Phase two integration is not built yet. The Saudi tax authority does not certify or approve software vendors, so we claim no certification from it. Offline invoicing is available where tax rules allow it; in markets that require real-time clearance the invoice number comes from the government system, not from us.
