Who it is for. You have a list of the companies your business depends on, a regulation that expects you to know when one of them gets into trouble (DORA, NIS2, SEC Reg S-P, NYDFS Part 500, UFLPA), and an annual review that is out of date the week after it is done. You do not want another portal to log into, and you do not want to send your suppliers a questionnaire they will resent. What it does. We watch the companies you name in public records: court and insolvency filings, company registries, sanctions lists, regulatory notices and the trade and regional press. When one of them crosses the line you set, we email you a verified alert with the source linked, so you can check the claim rather than take our word for it. Every company is resolved to a registered legal entity before watching starts, and every alert names the identifier it matched, so a lookalike name never becomes a false alarm. What you receive. One alert email a day at most, a Monday log of what was checked, and a dated monthly report that doubles as a dated record of every check for your auditor. Each new company arrives with a baseline report covering the last two years of its public record. A company you mark critical alerts on its own as soon as it has been checked.
