> **Pros**: Am writing this review because of the nearly non existent customer support.
> 
> **Cons**: We have basic questions about why taxes on the various available reports vary. They should not as it is not about voided sales or returns. This is important in general, of course, and also for a sales tax audit. Time sensitive and important. There is no way to speak to someone, the Urgent email does not get a response and the regular email support team has not read the question, responds with irrelevant.
