Many field teams still document projects through text messages, emails, scattered camera-roll photos, and manually created reports. This makes it difficult to find important information, keep clients updated, track unresolved issues, and prove exactly what work was completed. Reporza brings that documentation together in one organized, mobile-friendly workspace.

Teams can create a project and begin reporting in under five minutes with minimal setup and no complicated onboarding. Field users can create daily reports, completion reports, and issue reports; document completed areas; upload photo evidence; record project notes; and track ongoing items through resolution. Photos, files, floorplans, communication, reports, and issue histories remain organized within the corresponding project.

Professional reports can be shared with clients and project partners by email, downloadable PDF, or secure link. Free client viewer access allows customers and other stakeholders to follow project activity and review shared information without requiring a paid seat.

Reporza is built around three practical outcomes: documenting completed work, communicating field conditions clearly, and providing reliable proof of work. It is intentionally simpler than traditional project-management and field-service platforms.
