Matter of Voice is a story-based community feedback platform that brings that input into one place. Program staff, evaluators, and boards can filter results by issue area, service touchpoint, demographics, and custom geography, including county, state, ZIP code, or a drawn boundary, and export a selection as a report. Grantees and partner organizations can contribute stories into a shared account without seeing one another's data. For deeper engagement, advisory panels let an organization recruit a group of community members and hold an ongoing, paid dialogue with them over time.
