It facilitates daily programming, thus streamlining daily activities and automating tasks that are repetitive and take up valuable time. I like it because you can have all the medical records of each patient in a very orderly manner so that when the patient is attended to, the service is faster and more professional.

Clunky and Not at all Intuitive
I feel like Remedy needs a serious overhaul and update. I feels like software back in the 2010s.
Pros
Scheduling is intuitive and comprehensive.
Cons
The software is clunky. Navigating between modules feels very archaic. The flow is not seemless and is slow. The menu system is extremely confusing and not at all intuitive.

Excellent EHR and RCM systems for small practices
We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are. As a smaller practice, this was an important point for us, because we don't need the same heft in our system as a large hospital. So I can only speak to a smaller practice experience, and it has been wonderful.
Pros
I like how quickly we were able to get our practice up and running, and that the EHR system was relatively quick to learn. We also like how responsive the Remedly team is to questions and addressing needs. They are also very proactive at fixing issues when they do occur.
Cons
There are a couple integration items that I'd like to see changed, such as insurance payments through the RCM system being reflected in the EHR system without a team member having to manually apply it. But the pros outweigh the cons, and we have good workarounds.

Excellent Platform!

Using Remedly for 2+ years
Remedly is a growing company and they've been able to take feedback constructively and implement most, if not all, suggestions we've had over the years. Looking forward to seeing them still achieve more with this platform.
Pros
As far as comprehensive software goes for EHRs specific to medical aesthetics, Remedly stood out for us when we opted to go with them 2+ years ago. It has features including subscriptions that are quite useful. We've created internal hacks to help with efficiency and flow.
Cons
While not all of Remedly's features are used, it's a matter of preference. The inventory tracking is tremendous in theory, but executing has its practical limitations. Overall support, reliability, and ease of use has improved greatly. You've got to be savvy to use, but once you get into a rhythm you can make the software work and it will be an asset to keeping patient records clean, tidy, and well documented.

A work in progress
The customer service has been very good but they sold me on all of these different features that are not yet available. They have been very responsive to input and suggestions but the implementation will basically require a major overhaul of the system. That is anticipated sometime next year.
Pros
The EHR system - great interface to document patient interactions.
Cons
The program was originally designed for a cosmetic surgeon's office. Currently it is not really adaptable to other applications and so I am just using it for EHR. There are many many features that are needed that are not yet available. Hopefully next year

Excellent software for plastic surgery practices!

Practice Administrator
I have been happy with Remedly for the past two years.
Pros
The ease to access Remedly is very helpful for the team to view their schedule at all times which is very important. The software is very easy to use, and new hires find it very easy to learn. The support from Remedly has been great and they follow up with you regarding issues. The account representative is always easy to get a hold of.
Cons
The least that I like about this software is the reports available to track up sells. I would like to see a report where we can see what a patient was originally scheduled for and when they left what was actually completed.

Medspa software
As always it is hard to transition from one software to another, but the Remedly team was always there to answer our questions and walk us throught the software. In addition to the team there is an online help desk with videos and step bystep instructions. This is a key detailed feature that has been a lifesaver.
Pros
We love the functionality and ease of use with the calendar as well as the automated patient reminders, and the online patient portal. Our clients are getting use to the patient portal feature that allows them to fill out all of their forms before arrival. This makes their spa appointment more enjoyable because they are not having to spend time filling out forms in the office, and they are able to go straight back to the room and enjoy their relaxing appointment.
Cons
I wish that we were able to change the text content and/or text the clients directly to update them on changes to their appointment. As of now we are either sending an email (which they don't always get in time) or having to call ( they don't always answer).
Also, it would be nice to have a service price button like the inventory button. There are times we have to look up prices for services, but it takes quite a few steps. Hopefully in the future we can have a quick button like with inventory. This would be an amazing feature!

Remedly Is Way Above Its Competition
Incredibly good. These guys really care, and they have produced an outstanding product. Again, they are the only ones out thinking outside the box when it comes to creating a subscription billing option. That's cool. But the electronic health records system is so smooth, it has saved us countless hours. Awesome system.
Pros
I spent months researching dozens of the top systems out there, and Remedly had what no other system could offer - the capability of handling our membership pricing model, combined with our need to do efficient insurance billing, combined with our need for excellent electronic health records. Remedly was the ONLY system out of all of them that could handle these needs. And they handled them perfectly. Integration has been flawless. But above all else, the kindness and decency of the team at Remedly in terms of bending over backwards to accomodate our needs was really the best part of working with Remedly.
Cons
I sat and thought about the cons, and I seriously struggled. Every time we thought we'd discovered a limitation in the system, it turns out we just weren't understanding it correctly, and it was in fact much better than we'd realized. There are so many cool features to the system. I guess if I had to pick one thing that was not entirely optimal was the scheduling had to be in 15 minute increments, but they are about to fix that anyway.

Remedly has been helpful with daily scheduling and recording financial activity.
Cost per month is expensive…our office does not use or bill insurance & we still use paper charts. It would be more cost effective if we could “pay per segment” used. (We do not utilize most of what Remedly offers).
Pros
Ability for patients to complete & submit their own health information and make payments on the portal.
Cons
Only 2 credit card processing companies that will interface with Remedly (their rates are not competitive).
Prescription refills authorized in the Rcopia portal are not recorded in Remedly. Unable to see or print prescription refills in Remedly.

Remedly EMR Review
Overall, Remedly has been a huge assett. It did take some time to get everything figured out, but that would be the case with any EMR. I have used several EMR platforms in the past and this has been the most user-friendly and just makes the most sense.
Pros
The remedy platform is user-friendly and designed to assist medical spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices. I started using Remedly very early on in 2019 and can say it has come a long way. They have been understanding and patient with demanding calls to the office. Updates are always making improvements. You can call and ask for a change and will see it implemented with the next scheduled update. We have had two very knowledgeable and responsive account representatives. We bill commercial insurance through Remedly which has contracted with Auctus Dermatology Billing. A Huge shout out to John at Auctus billing as he has truly been an assett to our success.
Cons
Remedly works perfectly for our cosmetic dermatolgoy practice. Electronic RX requires extra payment so it would be nice, we are just not large enough to incur extra expenses and utilize all the add-ons.Customer support was patchy for the first years but has greatly improved.

overall positive experience that last 3-6 months with a lot of the upgrades and finally getting a consistent and helpful rep [sensitive content hidden]
She is the only reason for any positive light or rating on the system. She has helped us work through kinks, best practices and discoveries that we did not know of over the YEARS of using the system.
Pros
Remedly is very user friendly and equips me as a leader with all the tools and training guides for those who are new to the system. It is seemless to schedule, maintain and operate our patient schedules as well.
Cons
The only con right now is that Remedly does not integrate with other systems. There have been a few outside systems that we would love to have tried but we found that they are all not familiar with or aware of remdley integration unlike some other emrs.All other "cons." have been added to our project list thanks to [sensitive content hidden]

Remedly has been a great for us and our patients
Pros
How easy it is for patients to get in touch with all the information they need to have on hand and also it takes a weigh off our shoulders at the moment of the consultation have them already come in with all the documentation filled.
Cons
Some details could be made more specific and for example on the campaigns we should be able to leave drafts done and then send them once we're ready instead of losing them if we don't send them right away. However, as we noticed this things we always make sure to let [sensitive content hidden]
now and she communicates said chances of improvement.

Remedly knows the importance of custom work flows!
Pros
Easily customizable, multiple ways to accomplish a task, great customer service! -- We LOVE [sensitive content hidden]!
Cons
I wish that the patient portal experience was easier to manage. It would save time if we could customize the automatic texts that go out prior to each appointment. This would allow us to attach patient consents and have them filled out prior to each appointment daily. Taking as much weight off of the front desk by having an automated patient check in process would be a tremendous help. I would like for the developers to consider a "tip management" portfolio where you can assign tips from each appointment to any team member. Another area of improvement would be custom reports. All of the data is stored well, but you really have to get crafty for some of the reports.

Remedly is Great for Med Spas
Overall, Remedly is fantastic for medical spas. Not all spas are created equal so the ability to customize has been outstanding.
Pros
It’s customizable features. It is unparalleled.
Cons
The only thing I’d recommend is an app for the patient portal.

Having a great rep turned around my opinion of Remedly
Now that [sensitive content hidden] is our representative, I am thrilled with the product. No one prior to [sensitive content hidden] has been able to solve problems or demonstrate best practices. So, while the product was adequate, I was not a fan. Having a knowledgeable point of contact that can understand our issues, troubleshoot and educate a solution is what now makes Remedly a superior product in my mind.
Pros
Honestly, [sensitive content hidden] as our rep is what I like most. I currently use Athena, Cerner and Remedly. Remedly is an EMR with some enhancements for cosmetic practices - but, there is nothing particularly special about the product.
Cons
Very difficult to communicate our needs or get adequate help prior to [sensitive content hidden] coming on board.

Flexible build Scheduling and EMR application
Loved it. We needed a completely separate EMR and scheduling tool that was easy to use. This absolutely worked for us.
Pros
It was very easy to customize, use and train. The customer support was fantastic. We were trying to find a product that could be customized for a very specific application and may operators. This was the only one that would do what we needed and provided growth, flexibility, numerous text and marketing options, and very reasonable cost structure.
Cons
Document build and management was the most complicated feature. Fillable forms didn't line up properly, we eventually went back to paper forms.

Pros
Did not like anything about Remedly. Do not purchase. Talk to practices that are currently using it.
Cons
Disliked everything about Remedly. It is the worst medical software I have ever used. I highly recommend Aesthetic Pro. Buyer Beware!

Highly configurable and customizable medical billing solution
Pros
We are a fast-growing company providing services covered by Medicaid. Every state we offer services in uses a different method for electronic billing. Remedly has helped us automate Medicaid claims submission for two states and is helping us automate several others. Remedly developers worked directly with our Operations personnel to custom create the billing solutions we needed.
Cons
Nothing specific to dislike. Remedly is a young company and still developing its billing solution. When a feature we needed was missing, they created it for us.

Great for a small medical practice
Pros
Remedly's integration with 360 Payments has totally transformed our payment process. We require deposits for a lot of procedures and rather than making sure we don't miss phone calls with patients ready to give their credit card information, we can just email or text them an invoice.
Cons
The invoice and payment receipts are separate and very clunky. The invoice will show the breakdown of charges including sales tax (if included) etc. which is important for the patient to understand the charges. However, once they pay, the receipt, which is separate from the invoice does not include the same breakdown of details. Ex. if a product has sales tax, on the invoice the sales tax will be shown separately, I.e. shampoo: $20.00; tax: $2.00; TOTAL DUE: $22.00. But on the receipt, which is that we give our patients to show they have paid in full, the line item for the product will just show one price for that product, with tax included. I.e. shampoo: $22.00; TOTAL DUE: $22.00. This is confusing for patients to know exactly how much an item cost before tax.

We love Remedly!
My overall experience with Remedly is absolutely positive!! Can’t wait to see how else they improve their already great system
Pros
We switched to Remedly from MSPA (Mack Software) after being with them for 10+ years. Their software was great but very outdated. It was a Remote Desktop setup that was only accessible on desktops only, up to 10 computers.When searching for a new EHR, I was looking for a few things in particular 1. A centralized client database since we have 2 locations and clients that frequent both2. Unlimited users / Access to the schedule via app or website3. The ability to pre-purchase services, such as Botox units, and be able to use said services with a left over quantity of unitsTo my surprise, these were really hard features to come by. Either systems were lacking or were outrageously expensive.Remedly checked all of our boxes and has been improving since on boarding. We have been able to support our business using Remedly with ease. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

There are some select features that we had in MSPA that we miss with Remedly.1. The ability to pre-pay for services at checkout without previously creating a pre-paid package2. Ease of gift cards. Gift cards are a newer to Remedly so I imagine it is being worked on. However the gift card process isn’t great and the gift card that is printed is not presentable. We use separate gift certificates instead of the gift cards Remedly provides but the code associated with the purchase is 20-30 characters and time consuming to write when a client waiting for their gift certificate 3. Scheduling providers. We have about 15 different providers between the offices. I would like the ability to input times available and have only those scheduled providers on the schedule rather than placing time blocks to convey availability
