# JOT APP

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/693376/JOT-APP

> J.O.T APP is project management software designed to align company strategy with daily operations through a unified system. It is used by teams in fields such as architecture, engineering, construction, and technical operations that require a balance of Agile execution and structured project governance. The platform helps manage complex deliverables, multi-phase projects, and cross-functional initiatives by replacing scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a centralized system. Work remains visible and accountable from initial planning to final delivery.

The software is built around a work breakdown structure that translates organizational goals into manageable deliverables. These deliverables are organized into weekly sprints with defined scope and ownership. Teams track progress using Kanban boards that show real-time task status, while managers monitor dependencies and delivery timelines through Gantt charts. Features include timesheets for task-level time tracking, daily reports to capture progress and blockers, and an AI meeting assistant that converts recorded conversations into structured summaries with assigned action items. Portfolio management tools provide visibility across multiple projects, offering leadership an overview of ongoing initiatives.

J.O.T APP maintains a clear project hierarchy, connecting tasks to sprints, sprints to project phases, and phases to defined outcomes. It is accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms, enabling teams to log time, submit reports, and track tasks from any location. The system combines Agile sprint cycles with traditional project management elements such as work breakdown structures and milestone tracking, supporting teams that require structured governance alongside efficient execution.
