> SurfaceMeasure is a satellite measuring and quoting tool for contractors who price exterior work by the square foot: sealcoating, asphalt paving, line striping, pressure washing, pavers, pool deck coating and snow removal.

Most estimates lose an hour to the drive out and the walk with a measuring wheel, and the job often goes to whoever sends a number first. SurfaceMeasure removes that trip. Type in the property address, trace the surface on the satellite view by tapping the corners or drawing around the edge, and you have the square footage, within 1–3% of a tape measurement.

Pick the job type (parking lot, driveway, patio, sidewalk, deck, pool deck or snow removal), enter your rate and up to ten material lines, and the job is priced. Snow removal is priced per push, per salt application and per season. On a pool deck, trace the pool inside it and it comes off the total.

Send the customer a branded quote with your logo and colors, as a PDF or as a private link they can accept in one tap. In Jobs you can see every quote and whether it has been viewed or accepted, and every measurement is saved, searchable and can be reopened on any device.

It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer with nothing to install, so a contractor can price a commercial lot from the truck or the office while the customer is still on the phone.
