> Most small practices track credentialing in a spreadsheet: one tab for licenses, one for payers, and a reminder in someone's head for CAQH. Sokndall replaces that spreadsheet with a tracker built for the job.

Credentials: record each provider's state license, DEA and controlled substance registration, malpractice insurance, board certification, CAQH re-attestation and Medicare and Medicaid revalidation. Status (active, expiring, expired) is worked out from the expiration date, never set by hand, and alerts go out by email before anything lapses.

Payer enrollment: an enrollment matrix shows every provider against every payer, with the status of each application (not started, submitted, in review, info requested, approved, denied). A follow-up list puts applications waiting on a payer, and payer requests waiting on you, in the order to work them. Every status change is kept in a history.

Who it is for: solo clinicians and therapists, group practices of up to 15 providers, and billing or credentialing companies managing up to 50 providers across separate clients or tax IDs.

What it does not do: Sokndall stores no patient data (no PHI), does not connect to CAQH or payer portals, and does not perform primary source verification. It organizes the person doing credentialing; it does not do the work for them.
