Customer Support from \[sensitive content hidden\] is very friendly, supportive, professional, efficient and effective, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she deals with all matters in a timely manner. She is very personal to deal with, very approachable and gives excellent service. Ease of use: Once trained, this product is very easy to follow. Labels and Titles are logical, navigation is methodical and it does not take very long for one to find their way around the product. Meeting Management/Document management is easy, the user guides are helpful and papers are secure.
