Great Scheduling Tool with lots of features and a clean look.
I haven't integrated it enough into my business model, but I plan to much more in the coming months as we continue to grow!
Pros
I love the look of Calendly. It's visually appealing. I like how it integrates with my Google Calendar seamlessly. It's automated reminder and follow up system is fantastic and saves me a ton of time!
Cons
I had some trouble at first not having duplicate appointments post to my Google Calendar, but I seem to have fixed it, and I believe it was more user error than anything. Not a knock on Calendly.

Schedule and integrate with other tools using Calendly
I had used this first for an interview. I was able to see all available slots for present and future dates and book according to my flexibility. Once done, I was able to add this to my regular calendar of use. It automatically helps me follow up with the scheduled meetings and never miss anything. Initially I found it difficult to use, but it is pretty good
Pros
I like the idea behind the product, for scheduling meetings on the go. It helps enable a lot of things to be manually checked automated. I had first used this when an interview was scheduled with a company. They shared the link and I was able to schedule the interview based on my availability and slots prescribed by the interviewer. It comes with integration with the calendar you use - say outlook or any calendar you use for daily lookup for your meetings. It is integrated with Zoom which helps me streamlining all of my meetings efficiently
Cons
The free plan I tried has limited features, doesn’t actually give me the feel of what the product has more to explore. Customisation is another bottleneck which is limited. Sometimes sync issues happen with other integrated tools

OK Software but no discount code facility
It's been good but as my business has grown I feel we have grown out of calendly and it's software that's 'treading water' Other options offer discount code facility when booking
Pros

It provides a guarantee that appointments will be approved on time for all parties involved.
Caendly provides a seamless and transparent experience for customers and enables them to participate in choosing and documenting appointments.
Pros
I loved everything about Calendly. It made it easy for customers to automatically find the right date and time for their appointments. I loved the ease of customizing emails or text messages that document the booking for customers. I loved the ease of customizing permissions that give customers the ability to reschedule or cancel appointments. Calendly’s syncing with our calendar is helpful in supporting our ability to schedule meetings and ensure they don’t conflict with customer schedules.
Cons
I didn’t have a problem with Calendly’s interface, but I don’t like it. Reminders sometimes don’t arrive in real time.

Very simple and effective calendar and meetings booking application
I am very satisfied, I feel like am in control of my scheduling with Calendly and am only using the free version. I imagine how much better the premium version is then. I am willing to try the premium version soon.
Pros
- Calendly is definately on the most popular booking and calendar apps for meetings.
- They have a free plan that you can use without paying for the software.
- It is simple to use and you only need to send a link to someone to book a time with you
- I also like the fact that it is time-zone senstitive and therefore there elimnating chances of clashes due to time zone differences
- I like that you can update your availabilily on the calender and therefore when someone is booking a time with you, they are only allowed to book the slots when you are available
- It is a proffesional way to get people to book meetings with you.
- One of the best things about calendly is its ability to integrate with popular calender apps like google calendar
Cons
- If the user forgets to update their schedules on time, this might lead to conflicts if someone books a time when you are not available because you failed to update that information on the app. This is to say that for the app to work properly for you, you must feed it with accurate and timely information

A reliable service to get drive traffic to make online appointments
Calendly is a user-friendly service with lots of customization options for how a user signs up for your event/meeting, even in the free version.
Pros
Calendly is great for a free service that allows users to schedule a meeting and link it to your Google Calendar.
Cons
Since I directly link to Calendly from my business website, I would love to integrate the SEO statistics into my Google Analytics. That required me to purchase the paid version of Calendly, however, which was disappointing.

Calendly just makes sense
Calendly was my go to when I first needed a scheduler; it is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of recommending a scheduling platform. The fact that it integrates with other softwares makes it everything you need
Pros
Calendly has nothing to complain about. You can create an appointment scheduler and publish it wherever anybody might want to make an appointment with you; it send a confirmation and integrates with calendars
Cons
I guess the scheduling page could be more sophisticated. It requires you to put a phone and email but some people refuse to share certain information or worry about scammers.

Best Time-Saver
Overall it's been a fantastic app to utilize. The interface is nice and streamlined on the front end and the back end. It's easy to integrate with my current calendar so items get blocked off. I like that I can send a link automatically to them and it takes a ton of time off my plate rather than spending time going back and forth about meetings!
Pros
I love how easy it is to create a link and manage my calendar openings.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much. But it does start to get expensive for a lot of team members - especially if we're only scheduling a few calls a week. I'm actually wondering if it's possible for the scheduler to add a guest or more people to the call? I don't use that side often but it's a thought if that's not available.

Calendly: Great FREE Tool For Employers!
I use calendly to help facilitate screening calls for my employment business. It’s pretty easy to use and I can set aside how many slots I want that day, the times I’m on lunch and the days where I just can’t take calls. I use calendly to also set up zoom meetings as it has the function as well!
Pros
I like that it’s a simple tool to use for the most part. You set up your availability and you are given a link. Once you get the link you’re able to hyper link it etc.
Cons
I don’t really like that on the “free” version you only get 1 event. Granted the product is free for one event space but if you want more you have to pay. Its understandable but a bit underwhelming.

Awesome Meeting Scheduling Assistant
I get a tons of meetings to handle in my workspace and Calendly takes care of scheduling and notifying me. I highly recommend it to anyone who has to handle many meetings.
Pros
I love how easy it is for someone to go through my pre made link to schedule a meeting at a time when I am free. I have to handle tons of meetings every week and handling all schedules can get hard but Calendly has made it easy. I just have a 30 minute meeting link that I have posted on my website and anyone who wants a meeting can directly schedule from there and I can get the meeting details. I really love this feature.
Cons
I can't think of any cons about Calendly but it would be better if the meeting scheduling page had few things for easy scheduling. Sometimes people struggle to successfully schedule a meeting because of many texts, buttons.

Time management with Calendly
My experience has been excellent, it helps me better manage my time and that of my colleagues and its ease of synchronizing with other calendar apps helps me have a good overview of all the information I have scheduled.
Pros
Scheduled time management and managing appointments with colleagues is the best thing about this app, it allows you to control your time, being more productive and avoiding unnecessary reprocessing.
Cons
The limitations of the free version will always be annoying and the dependence on the internet connection can work against you at certain times

Fantastic Experience For My First Few Years Of Using It!!!
Overall, it's been a great software for me for the past few years. I'm almost positive that I have yet to experience a single problem with the software. It's very easy for me to remember my tasks which is why I don't need to set that many reminders, but I only wrote that in the Cons question just because it will certainly apply to a lot of people. I will be continuing to use the app for my appointments and will not ditch it any time soon.
Pros
What I like about Calendly is that it is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate around while scheduling whatever you need to schedule. I use it all the time to schedule my monthly Psychiatrist appointments and have used it for other miscellaneous appointments that I've had in the past. It takes an extremely short period of time to access it and schedule whatever appointment you need to make.
Cons
The only setback I will give Calendly is that it would be great if they can send you a few separate reminders prior to your appointment. Say, maybe a a week in advance, then a day, and then an hour or so. Or people can even customize it to put it at whatever date and time they would like to schedule their reminders.

A Timely Software for Everyday Use
I've used Calendly for year and my experience has been quite pleasant. I like that clients can choose mutually available time slots with ease and I am able to receive a notification when a new meeting has been added to my calendar. I also liked that you can brand your calendar with your identity and give a description about what the time slots are being used for so everyone is on the same page.
Pros
Calendly is incredibly easy to set up. It easily integrates into to any site and you can sync your google calendar so you're able to stay organized. You can also take payments through Calendly if you're a consultant selling a service, this however is a paid feature but could be advantageous for clients to immediately pay for you time.
Cons
I wish Calendly had more complimentary features to try out before deciding to commit to their paid features. It can seem limited and it does let you complete basic tasks that allow for structuring your time in an effortless way.

My favorite scheduling partner!
I love Calednlys booking experience. It makes it so much easier to schedule call on - specifically how well it connects to your zoom and google meet accounts. Definitly eases the scheduling management process for me! I never have overlaps now!
Pros
I love how easy it is to update availability and send invites out. I love how easy it is to send your link for clients to schedule calls with you on. It also has great features like scheduling windows and the ability to reschedule and cancel.
Cons
I think the mobile experience could improve by increasing visibility and allowing users to update availability easier on here. I also think sending hour before meeting reminders would be helpful!

A Game-Changer for Freeing Up Our Reception Team and Enhancing Client Service
As the practice manager of a busy veterinary clinic, Calendly has been a game-changer for us. Our team handles numerous appointments every day, from routine check-ups to emergency visits, and managing this volume efficiently used to be a challenge. Since implementing Calendly, scheduling has become incredibly streamlined.
The integration with our existing calendar systems has eliminated the risk of double-booking, which was a frequent issue before. Clients can now easily book appointments at their convenience without having to call in and wait for availability confirmation. This has not only reduced the workload on our front desk staff but has also improved our client satisfaction.
One of the standout features for us is the ability to customize appointment types and durations. We’ve set up different booking options for regular check-ups, surgeries, and consultations, which ensures that our vets are well-prepared for each appointment. The automated reminders have also reduced the number of no-shows, saving us time and resources.
Overall, Calendly has made our scheduling process more efficient, allowing us to focus on what really matters—providing the best care for our animal patients. I highly recommend it to any veterinary practice looking to improve their appointment management.
Pros
With calendly handling the scheduling, our team can dedicate more attention to clients who need in-person assistance, enhancing the overall experience in our practice.
Cons
For our clients who are not tech-savvy,this has been slightly more difficult to set up and use.

Easy scheduling for continuous product discovery research
As a Design User Experience Researcher, Calendly has become an indispensable tool in my workflow, particularly when scheduling customer interviews and usability testing sessions. Its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with my calendar systems (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) have greatly simplified the process of finding mutually convenient meeting times with participants.
Pros
A standout feature is the round robin scheduling option, which allows different team members to share the responsibility of customer exposure and continuous discovery. This ensures that everyone in the team has valuable, hands-on interaction with customers, improving our collective understanding of their needs.
Cons
This isn't a con just an fyi that for small research teams requiring more advanced features like group bookings or round robin scheduling, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Great for Account Executives
It's a consistent add to my sales process, making it easy for me to find time to meet with prospects.
Pros
The ease my prospects can use my calendar to schedule and reschedule meetings is the most important functionality of any tool. I can give them ways to book by adding a clickable calendar in the body of the email or by coming to a booking page.
Cons

Calendly: The Stress Free Scheduling Assistant You Didn't Know You Needed!
My experience with Calendly has been smooth and stress free, like having a personal assistant that handles all the annoying scheduling back and forth for me. It’s got this super clean, easy to use vibe that makes setting up meetings as easy as sharing a link. Instead of juggling emails just to find a time that works for everyone, I send out my Calendly link, and people book based on my availability game changer!
The integrations with my calendar and video apps like Zoom are clutch, too. I can count on Calendly to auto update whenever I add new meetings or block off personal time. And the team scheduling options? Seriously a lifesaver. For group projects or client work, Calendly’s round robin feature and other team tools take the hassle out of coordinating between different schedules.
Sure, there are a few things I’d love to see improved like more customization for the booking page and more affordable team plans but overall, Calendly keeps my schedule organized and my time freed up. No doubt, it’s one of those tools that, once you get the hang of it, you don’t want to live without.
Pros
What I like most about Calendly is its simplicity and time saving capabilities. The platform’s user friendly design makes setting up and managing schedules incredibly easy, even for those who aren’t tech savvy. It’s very convenient to send someone a scheduling link that reflects my real time availability, which removes the hassle of back and forth emails to find a suitable meeting time.
Cons
What I liked least about Calendly primarily revolves around its limitations on the free plan and pricing structure for larger teams. The free version is quite basic, so to access key features like reminders, integrations, and customization, you pretty much have to upgrade. This makes the free version feel a bit limited for professionals who may only need a couple of advanced features.

Go-to scheduling app for meetings
Overall, this is my go-to app for scheduling because it simplifies the process and removes friction for discovery calls and other types of meetings.
Pros
Calendly makes it easy for people to schedule a time to meet with you without the back and forth. You can set your availability in advance and people can choose open times. Using this tool not only saves a lot of time, but it also increases the conversions for discovery calls. I like the fact that I can embed it on my website to book calls at any time. You can also avoid surprise meetings by not allowing people to book with too little notice. In all a very convenient solution for booking meetings.
I use Calendly with Ninja Forms to get the information I need to prepare for the meeting.
Cons
Sometimes people tell me they tried to book a call but the app embed did not load in their browser.
Another small problem is that the settings are not completely intuitive. When I log in to change my availability or make changes to the types of meetings I am arranging, it sometimes takes me a minute or two to remember how to do it.

User-friendly with easy embeds and super-smooth performance
My experience with Calendly has been excellent. It works so smoothly that I’ve never once had to contact support with questions or technical issues.
Pros
My favorite thing about Calendly is it works smoothly and is super-simple: no learning curve, no “onboarding,” and no training needed.
I choose the days and time slots that I want to make available for consultations. Calendly puts it together in a visual calendar that makes it easy for clients to schedule a meeting. Since many of my appointments are potential new clients, I love that the software doesn’t ask them for a long list of personal information.
All they need to is choose a time, then enter their name, email address, and phone number (with an optional space for notes). Then Calendly immediately sends me an email letting me know that I have a new consultation scheduled.
The best part? It’s a breeze to embed the scheduling calendar on my WordPress site. Just drop the link in as an embed code, and it’s live - and looks great.
I’ve been using Calendly for years and they’ve never charged me a dime. Its “Always free” plan is actually free (if you only need the basics).
Cons
I don’t have any serious complaints. It would be nice to have more design options, however, the preset design looks good so it’s not a pressing issue.

Scheduling Simplified!
Pros
First, where has this been all my working life!? Gone are the days of the back and forth communication, the scheduling conflicts, and the missed opportunities from not being able to coordinate together. This has taken scheduling to a new level! Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings!
Cons
Only drawback (and it is more of a personal reference) is I wish it had a recurring meeting option.

Effortless Scheduling Made Simple with a Few Limitations
Calendly generally provides a smooth and efficient scheduling experience. Setting up availability is straightforward, and once it's configured, the tool effectively automates appointment scheduling without much need for manual coordination. This makes it ideal for managing time across clients or team members, as it eliminates back-and-forth emails by letting others choose from available slots.
Pros
Pros: Super easy to set up and automates scheduling seamlessly. Integrates well with calendars to prevent double-booking.

Easier way to book meetings, I would never go back to the old way!
Easier way to get booked by clients for our training sessions. Actually many of them ended up getting it when they discovered it with me, we can also create workflows of follow up messages to clients after 7, 30 and 90 days it automated so much work and made our lives so much easier and I can tell it to send a survey after the call or reminders with discovery questions prior so I know what to expect but laty it had glitches where I would lose access unless I go back in and confirm connection which is weird because for 3 years I never had to and if I am subscribing it means I am all in but overall I wouldn’t live without it.
Pros
So easy to book meetings, they can see my calendar snd open slots so no need for back and forth
Cons
Lately they upgraded or changed so they keep making me confirm my connection and sometimes it delayed my bookings but for the first years it was a smooth ride

The best and easiest way to schedule meetings with prospects
I use calendly for my personal business and to obtain new coaching clients. I attach the link on my various websites and media where they can promptly schedule a meeting with me. It works as described and it always syncs up with my Google calendar. I get notifications via text and email when someone schedules with me, so I am prepared every step of the way.
Pros
I like how easy calendly is to use and how quick prospects can schedule meetings without having to speak to me. It makes a ton of sense for running meetings and integrating with my calendar so I can simply wake up and have meetings set. It provides enough options to find meeting times and allows for flexibility in rescheduling.

Great for Beginner Friendly Use
Overall I had a positive experience using Calendly. I will continuously use calendlly.
Pros
I liked that Calendly was easy to use for both sides. I highly recommend this for small business owners and entrepreneurs. As the practitioner, I was able to block out my schedule so clients can only book during my availability. I also liked that it is easy to reschedule or modify an appointment.
Cons
Sometimes the link for the meeting (via Zoom, teams, or Google Meet) did not attach easily.

Easy, clutter-free method for group meeting polls
Pros
Calendly is a perfect, clutter-free meeting scheduling software. I use the free version and primarily use it for meeting polls, as my job involves substantial volunteer and committee management. Calendly integrates with my Outlook calendar, so there is no need to have my Outlook calendar up on one monitor and Calendly up on the other as I create a meeting poll. I simply click into the hours of the day that I am available on the Calendly calendar which displays all my existing appointments. I can select various features before sending a poll out, such as if respondents can view other respondents' selections. I get notified whenever someone advises their availability on a meeting poll, and Calendly automatically shows me the top three times as more individuals vote on the poll. Although I use the free version, Calendly does not clutter the meeting poll page with spam advertisements that slows down or convolutes the process, which has been the case with other meeting poll platforms. Calendly is perfect for the use case of scheduling group meetings!
Cons
At this time, since I only use Calendly for meeting polls, I feel that I cannot comment on any cons. For that particular use case, I would highly recommend Calendly. As I get more into other features, I am sure there is always room for improvement.

First Class App that I would struggle to do without
My overall experience with Calendly has been extremely positive. It has significantly streamlined the process of scheduling appointments and reduced the time spent coordinating meeting times. The app’s intuitive interface makes it easy for both me and my clients to use, and the seamless integration with my calendar ensures that everything stays organized. Automated reminders and notifications help reduce missed appointments, and I appreciate the flexibility it offers in customizing availability. Although some advanced features require a paid plan, the free version still provides enough functionality to meet most of my scheduling needs. Calendly has become an indispensable tool in managing my time efficiently.
Pros
I’ve been using Calendly to allow people to book appointments within time slots of my choosing, and it has become an essential tool I wouldn’t do without. What I like most about Calendly is its simplicity and flexibility. It allows me to manage my schedule effortlessly, providing clear options for people to book appointments at times that work for both of us. The integration with my calendar helps prevent double-booking, and the automatic reminders for both parties reduce no-shows. It’s user-friendly and saves a ton of back-and-forth emails when trying to arrange meetings.
Cons
I use the free version, as we are a charity and are very mindful of our costs. While Calendly is generally a great tool, one of the drawbacks is the limited customization options in the free version. For instance, more advanced features like setting different availability for different meeting types or adding personalized branding are locked behind a paid plan. Also, depending on your specific needs, syncing with certain calendars or apps can sometimes feel a bit limited. Occasionally, invitees might find the interface slightly confusing if they’re not used to booking through such tools.

Makes Recruiting Easier
Overall, I really enjoy using this product. It has made my recruiting efforts much easier since I no longer have to call every single person to schedule. I can send mass texts or emails with my links, and they can add themselves to my calendar. It is convenient for them and for me.
Pros
I love how it makes my every day easier as I can send a link out for people to schedule their own interviews on my calendar. It saves me so much time!
Cons
I don’t like that if you get logged out, it causes issues with your scheduling.

Calendly: Stay always on time
Calendly has giving me very good experience since I have started using it. It allows me to link my calendar easily with having to do too much technical things. Very simple and straight forward. It also saves me the stress of exchanging emails or sending private messages to book time for a meeting. And you can be sure that there is no conflicting timing.
Another highlight for me is the notifications and reminders that are automated, That way everyone is reminded about the meeting without me having to stress.
Pros
For me, I cherish the fact that Calendly is very easy to use. Another thing is the fact that I can integrate my Slack and Google Workplace with it. Makes my job very comfortable.
Cons
I do not have anything I like the least about it for now.

Calendly means never having to ask "when are you free?"
I really enjoy using it because I work with a lot of different networks and sometimes just finding time for us to collaborate can be a challenge. Calendly allows us to see each other's availability in real time, schedule accordingly and keeps projects moving. It syncs with your Outlook work accounts, so you can even schedule a meeting with multiple people (i.e. my manager and I with a vendor) and it will review the availability for both of our calendars at once and only offer times we are both free. This has been a game changer.
Pros
I really like the fact that I've eliminated a bunch of phone tag and comparing schedules and flipping through planners to try to find an open meeting time with someone. I like that someone can just choose a time on my calendar and book it.
Cons
I don't like that you can't add multiple people to a shared meeting. I would like to use this more with my team of 5.

The worst customer experience
I tried to upgrade, the system said there was a problem and I had to contact billing. There was no way to contact billing directly. I could only deal with the bot. When someone finally responded to my issues I was instructed that I did not use the fasted way to contact customer support. I suggested that they have only the best way to contact customer service available on their website. The following is what I sent to them when they asked for feedback
If the chatbot was the only thing maybe I could have stayed. The follow up on the chatbot did not improve. Horrific experience. Absolutely horrific experience. No longer interested in paying for the lack of service anymore. I have set up another calendar system and am transitioning all of my links to it. There is no excuse for this. You continue with this nonsense you will be out of business. You can count on, I will be telling people to not use your service; the free service and especially the paid service. Simply because your app does not offer service at all.
Pros
It was good until I tried to upgrade. Then it all turned south.
Cons
The customer service or more appropriately lack there of.

Calendly-review
Using Calendly feels like having a personal scheduling assistant—it makes setting up meetings super easy without all the email back and forth. You just share your link, and people pick a time that works for them, all based on your availability, so there’s no overlap or double-booking.
I also love that it sends reminders automatically, which means fewer last-minute cancellations or no-shows. It’s really helpful for working with people in different time zones too; it adjusts times automatically so you don’t have to figure it out. Overall, it’s a simple and friendly tool that keeps scheduling stress-free and organized.
Pros
Calendly's simplicity and ability to jump right in after a few minutes to set up stood out to me the most! It streamlines the scheduling process by eliminating the back-and-forth and allowing people to book directly based on availability.
Cons
While Calendly does offer some more robust scheduling features, sometimes I found it a little difficult to independently set up certain customizations. In addition, some customizations are blocked behind their paid subscription, which can be a significant drawback for those seeking a more personalized experience.
