Straight to the point, time is managed
Pros
I like the way that integrated with my Google and microsoft 365 calenders and keeps me from double booking or making appointments that I can't keep. It is time management for ADHD suffers.
Cons
At first I was having issues figuring out my appointments booked with appointments made but it has since been remedied.

Calendly Makes Time Managment For Busy People Very Easy
My overall experience with Calendly was satisfyng. Like I said, I didn't experence any technical difficulties while using the app.
Pros
What I like the most about Calendly is how easy it is to sync all my appointments with this app. I also love that all this is accessible to me on my phone and I can managage my clients directly on my phone, which makes time management a breeze
Cons
I actually don't have any complaints about this app at the moment. I havent experienced any difficulties using it so far.

The worst customer experience
I tried to upgrade, the system said there was a problem and I had to contact billing. There was no way to contact billing directly. I could only deal with the bot. When someone finally responded to my issues I was instructed that I did not use the fasted way to contact customer support. I suggested that they have only the best way to contact customer service available on their website. The following is what I sent to them when they asked for feedback
If the chatbot was the only thing maybe I could have stayed. The follow up on the chatbot did not improve. Horrific experience. Absolutely horrific experience. No longer interested in paying for the lack of service anymore. I have set up another calendar system and am transitioning all of my links to it. There is no excuse for this. You continue with this nonsense you will be out of business. You can count on, I will be telling people to not use your service; the free service and especially the paid service. Simply because your app does not offer service at all.

It was good until I tried to upgrade. Then it all turned south.

User-friendly with easy embeds and super-smooth performance
My experience with Calendly has been excellent. It works so smoothly that I’ve never once had to contact support with questions or technical issues.
Pros
My favorite thing about Calendly is it works smoothly and is super-simple: no learning curve, no “onboarding,” and no training needed.
I choose the days and time slots that I want to make available for consultations. Calendly puts it together in a visual calendar that makes it easy for clients to schedule a meeting. Since many of my appointments are potential new clients, I love that the software doesn’t ask them for a long list of personal information.
All they need to is choose a time, then enter their name, email address, and phone number (with an optional space for notes). Then Calendly immediately sends me an email letting me know that I have a new consultation scheduled.
The best part? It’s a breeze to embed the scheduling calendar on my WordPress site. Just drop the link in as an embed code, and it’s live - and looks great.
I’ve been using Calendly for years and they’ve never charged me a dime. Its “Always free” plan is actually free (if you only need the basics).
Cons
I don’t have any serious complaints. It would be nice to have more design options, however, the preset design looks good so it’s not a pressing issue.

I don’t think anyone can argue HubSpot’s awesomeness. But as a freelancer, I needed something simpler with no training required. I chose Calendly over Hubspot for it’s quick onboarding and simplicity, which is better for my needs.Response from Calendly

Essential for my work
Absolutely brilliant. I could not work efficiently without it and ensure all my team members use this too.
Pros
I include this in most of my cold outreaches or customer requests for calls to allow them to seamlessly book in a call at the time that works for both of us without having to go back and forth finding a time going back and forth. I also love their integrations and use them daily.
