> **Pros**: Ability to change transactions that have already been made.  Caveat... Make certain only trusted employees are able to access functions of this type.
> 
> **Cons**: Not user friendly or intuitive.  Most functions a propane gas company needs or uses require far too many deep dives into the software to access.  Absolutely the worst for any type of sales reporting.  Software requires you to build queries to ascertain any pertinent information you may want to see.  No ability to assign your own account numbers to new accounts.
> 
> Aside from a smooth data conversion, I regret having invested in this mish-mosh of a software package.
