Welcome allows users to design floor plans that include chairs and stylist stations. Customers can select their stylist preference, which adds the client name to the waiting list at the salon. An automated text confirmation is sent to the customers once their stylist is ready. In addition, a drag-and-drop functionality let users place the customers with their respective stylist on the virtual floor plan.


Customers can monitor the waitlist and view available stylist stations in real time. Additionally, users can publish their calendar openings for online bookings. Further, a feature to make payments is also available.   


Welcome is a mobile application for iOS devices. Support is provided via an online helpdesk, email, phone and live chat. Additionally, Welcome offers functionality for multiple languages.
