> **Pros**: Previously we were on Applied TAM an made the switch to Nexsure in 2019.  We would not have survived COVID without it.  Since we were cloud based, we were able to have everyone work from home and still deliver the same great service to our customers remotely.  It is a critical piece to our Agency tech stack and has many features we aren't even utilizing currently.

> **Cons**: The conversion process was pretty cumbersome, but I would foresee that with any change in management systems.  Their team was very helpful in the process though and assisted/directed us as much as possible.

> It has been great and any time we have any issue, their team responds very promptly.

> **Pros**: The software does a really good job of letting you track activities and will help remind you of upcoming deadlines.

> **Cons**: It seems like its biggest upside is the fact that it helps track financials. From an agent perspective, there are client integration and creation problems.  Also, when you get your daily downloads, if there is something, like a middle initial, missing on the policy, it will get hung up in the interface and require manual processing.
> 
> Overall, the software helps keep track of daily conversations with clients, but that is entirely dependent on the user actually documenting.
