> **Pros**: Their assessments are good. There are lots of options, and even within those options, you get different results for different things. But they are difficult to customize.

> **Cons**: They have terrible customer service. I am a customer and have been trying to reach them by email, phone, and voicemail for several days, but they still have not answered. It seems like once they get your money, they disappear. Buyer beware if that is true.

> As I said, the software seems good. Once they get their grips on you and sign you up, they disappear with no communication back.

> **Pros**: The assessment results seem accurate and have allowed us extra insights in the interviewing process. The assessments are also easy to complete in about 10 minutes or less. I like that you can pay a flat rate for as many tests. The trial period was excellent to make this choice. I like you can customize different tracks for different jobs and have different standards of fit based on job family.

> **Cons**: I think the flexibility to add more hard skills testing. Also, the pricing model increases about 17-20% YoY if you don't go for a 3 year contract.
