I like that you can pay a flat rate for as many tests. The trial period was excellent to make this choice. I like you can customize different tracks for different jobs and have different standards of fit based on job family.

It takes a lot off the team’s plate.&#10;&#10;More importantly, that time goes back into what matters — real conversations with candidates and stronger partnership with hiring managers. The automation is what allows the human part of our process to scale.&#10;&#10;And with a 90%+ completion rate, it’s clear the experience works for candidates too - it’s not just efficient, it’s fair and straightforward.
