Although we do instruct users to use the Save and Resume feature, we still have issues due to international internet instability and people losing data. > > Overall, FA is a highly functional and customizable tool to use in conjunction with Salesforce NPSP. There is a steep learning curve to be able to use all the functionality, but FA has good training and documentation, as well as customer service who help out when we hit a wall. This would help from people being able to access links post service. This would also help the number of forms being stored post completion. Currently we have to go in manually and delete completed forms/applications after service has been rendered. > > I use Form Assembly for my work. With my input our IT team builds out the forms/applications we need to credential our members for services. I don't have much positive to say. It does connect to GA4 relatively easily. > > **Cons**: Way overly complex and hard to use. Integrations with other software can be done, but it is super dated on how things connect and hard to set up. Jotform, for example, can be done in minutes and is easy to do, while FormAssembly, I have spent hours trying to connect to Mailchimp, and just gave up. Support couldn't figure it out either. If you have longer forms, forget about connecting things since you have to send every single field over. The style and design of forms are poor as well. I would suggest going to Jotform or Cognito Forms. > > Very poor. Nice but unhelpful support. Very dated and hard to use platform.
