> **Pros**: It's previously always been an issue finding appropriate contacts in large organisations, now with the Linkedin and email contacts area this becomes far easier and more useful for follow up calls. Email reports are great for reporting.

> **Cons**: Can be a little slow to load if spanning over a long period of time.  The main problem with all these types of software is getting our own sales people to buy into it and use it effectively.

> Very good experience so far, trainers are very helpful and want you to get the best out of the product. Certainly has improved functionality and reporting since we last had it. Very easy to set up.  Training is constantly available. Pricing there or there-abouts for this type of software, so currently competitive.

It’s been really useful for monitoring who has viewed quotes, tracking engagement when we’re directing people to our website, and identifying potential opportunities that we may otherwise have missed.&#10;&#10;The platform gives us valuable insight into how prospects are interacting with us, which has helped us target our sales efforts more effectively. \[sensitive content hidden\] have also been brilliant throughout and always checking in regularly, discussing plans and bringing fresh ideas for targeting new sales opportunities and improving engagement. Their proactive support and account and subscription management has helped us get most value from the platform.

> **Cons**: Something I have felt is a negative ( But may be outside of anybody's control to change ) is the ability to see who has been viewing our website within an organisation. We face a lot of obstacles when contacting these companies, trying to reach the person who has visited the site.

> **Pros**: The data is genuinely accurate, and it connects directly to HubSpot so we don't have to waste time manually moving things over. It is easily one of our biggest lead sources now. Also, the team there is great, they are actually friendly and check in with us all the time, which you don't usually get with software companies.

> **Cons**: Just the standard IP tracking issue where you sometimes get random telecom or ISP traffic showing up instead of a real company. It can be a bit tedious to filter through, but that is just how the technology works rather than a fault of the platform itself.

> It has been excellent for our pipeline and definitely worth what we pay for it. The dashboard is easy to navigate, we have not run into any glitchy technical issues, and having a reliable, communicative support team makes the whole platform a lot easier to manage.
