The #1 Business Management Solution Worldwide.
Pros
Odoo’s greatest strength lies in its ability to integrate everything a business might need—whether it’s a small, medium, or large enterprise—into one unified platform. Many applications aim to deliver this concept, but Odoo stands out as the best and most effective in achieving it. It truly is "everything in one place."
Odoo keeps up with market trends and requirements by offering regular and consistent updates that ensure compatibility with evolving business needs.
For example:
Need a website for your business? It’s available.
Want an online store for e-commerce? It’s included.
Require an inventory management system? It’s there.
Looking for sales and purchase management? It’s ready.
Need tools for real estate, rentals, or subscription management? It’s built-in.
With over 70 applications, Odoo caters to nearly every industry in the world, including:
Supermarkets
Legal services
Construction companies
Restaurants and cafes
Engineering firms
Bakeries
Subscription-based software businesses
Training institutes
Salons
Real estate agencies
Clothing stores
Libraries
Fitness clubs
Non-profit organizations
…and many more sectors, covering every aspect and requirement a business might have.
Additionally, Odoo offers flexibility for customization—from adding custom fields and tables to integrating seamlessly with other systems. Its automation features streamline operations, making workflows faster, easier, and less labor-intensive.
While it’s impossible to highlight all of Odoo’s advantages in one review, I firmly believe that Odoo is well on its way to becoming the #1 business management solution worldwide.

Odoo Community Version
The experience is very good considering it's free and Open Source. For small to medium businesses it can do what is needed right out of the box. Be prepared to pay for third-party apps and support once in a while.
Pros
The features available in the Community Edition are mostly enough for what we need to do and is standardises processes across the board. We can then sell other small business work for configuring their own since we use it too. A lot of the business functions and processes are already built in, it is just a matter of activating the module you need and then configure it. The e-commerce feature is the simplest I have used, almost anyone can create products because it was built from a layman's perspective. The community is vibrant and helps with some issues if you have them. You might have to pay a partner for support and added functionality which is mostly once off. For a fraction of the cost, there is no worry of licence renewals just hosting fees.
Cons
Some functionalities which are basic in alternatives are not available even in the cloud version. You need to test third-party apps yourself which you might not have the time for and can break current functionality. Not all issues are addressed in the forums if it is not a common issue; a lot of issues are still open from previous versions. The official documentation is sometimes shallow.
Reasons for Switching to Odoo
The first issue was the price. Secondly, we own the data and can just export the database periodically for backup.- Industry: Computer Software

Stay away - predatory billing practices
Here's the issue every Odoo customer needs to know: Adding users in Odoo (as administrator) increases your bill. Removing users does nothing to reduce it. You'll keep getting charged the higher amount until their support team manually adjusts your subscription.
My experience:
1. Removed users (following their documentation exactly)
2. Got charged full amount
3. Contacted support - they promised to fix it but didn't
4. Got charged full amount again next month
5. Support again promised a fix and refund - then went silent
6. Put a temporary freeze on my card after more silence
7. As expected, they attempted to charge the full amount again for the third month in a row
8. Another round with support. Finally adjusted the user count but refused to refund the overcharges citing the "no refunds" policy.
9. Went into ghosting mode and canceled my subscription for non-payment. At that point, they were holding enough of my overpayments to cover 4 months of future service.
Let that sink in - this is a b2b service provider who:
- Keeps charging you after you remove users
- Ignores support requests about billing for months
- Uses "no refunds" policy to keep money they shouldn't have charged
- Cuts off business customers rather than fixing their mistake
This isn't some consumer app - this is enterprise software. For a company selling to businesses, this behavior is completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of enterprise software providers who understand how to properly handle b2b relationships. This isn't one of them.
Pros
Good value when it works (accounting module only)
Cons
This is the company that will ghost you and terminate your service rather than fix their billing mistake.

Good service made better by excellent support
Overwhelming at first, ok ressources but mainly excellent support for questions that I was unable to find an answer to searching the knowledge base.
Pros
Very good and support team, mostly excellent configurability, wide range of functionality and modularity is great.
Cons
Price of license with odoo.sh
Especially for small and one-person companies like mine odoo.sh is prohibitively expensive.
I only need one license for myself. odoo.sh de facto triples the license price for a single user account.
I would love the many customization options that are only available with odoo.sh but there simply is no way I can justify such a major cost increase.
For companies with 5 or more users, odoo.sh is less of an issue and at 10+ it starts to become a negligible increase.
I would love to see a hosting price that starts a lot lower for odoo.sh if the account uses only one license or maybe a staggered hosting price for 1-5 licenses.
I would be totally happy with a Server that has more limitations or one that is heavily overbooked with single user accounts, since the chance more than a tiny fraction is active at the same time is negligible.

Could be the best but hard to understand
I have been extremely excited discovering odoo but do run into roadblocks all the time, which can't be solved without a developer. I currently can't afford one which leads to a half baked implementation. Everything about Odoo sounds simple but turns difficult very fast.
Pros
Modularity and availability of applications covering a wide range of business functions.
Cons
- Difficult to achieve anything that is slightly out of "Odoos way of doing things"
- Workflows, as envisioned by the product develepors, are poorly documented. Videos cover how to use the product but not the underlying philosophy/workflow.
- Support is hit and miss, sometimes good, sometimes useless.
- for a small start up, success packages are very expensive. Some "simple" changes can't be done without hiring a developer.

Capable but complex software
After 2 years, I feel really comfortable with the software for daily tasks. However, I am still learning how to get more results out of the same software.
Pros
There are a ton of features, more than I would think about any business can make use of, all for an affordable monthly subscription. There are a lot of ways to customize the software to work for your business and improve workflows, and many connectors available for connecting to external API's (my most used one is UPS)
Cons
The huge variety of apps available and extensive options makes it pretty difficult for a beginner to dive in, DIY style. They offer success packs to get you up and going, but they're really expensive (personal subjective opinion, I guess). The free support included with the online subscription is pretty good, and there's some videos online that might get you started, but it'll be a bit of work getting going.

feedback after 8 months
Odoo is reliable, still fast with a lot of data (lines and scans), granting to have an overall management of data, documents and spreadsheets... - very impressive and enjoyable
Still evolving in a good way
It lacks a backup local solution, with full access (all modules) even if it's a read-only edition
Pros
Great possibilities included into Odoo (autocompletion, AI to scan accountancy, documents and data together, bank reconciliation, asset's management, contacts, duplicate detection, seamless year and processes...)
All in one solution
Odoo still evolves every 2 months and user's feedback are also in sight
More customers and suppliers adopt also Odoo
AppStore
Cons
Customized developpment and/or local hosting : fees way too high and too often
Online documentation help isn't enough updated (but there are a lot of updated tutorial videos)
Importing data isn't very predictable - no documentation about name of recognized columns
Export-Import (Odoo to Odoo only) to handle mass data, isn't as easy as teached
Some tickets are way too long to be solved (few weeks since the first chat) - and some consultants try to force new sales
SMS, VoIP, SIP : fees aren't reasonable ; other inApp services seem not at a fair price
No temporary user with read-only default profile (as for inspection - control, like for 2-3 months a year)
Currencies (realtime and historical) data, VAT chekcs... shall be centralized into an Odoo buffer for all customers

Driving Success: IT Implementation for Small Businesses with Odoo
After a year of collaborating with doo.finance as a partner in Luxembourg, we decided to migrate the IT systems of a multi-company Spanish real estate family office to Odoo. The learning curve has been quick, and the implementation process has been remarkably smooth. We’re now addressing long-standing demands that were previously too costly to resolve with our former system. Thanks to Odoo's all-inclusive approach, we’re effectively covering numerous areas that had been poorly managed in the past.
Pros
A wide range of features that easily adapt to various types of businesses, offering fast implementation, excellent performance, and outstanding support service.
Cons
It offers such a vast array of features that migrating multiple applications into a single solution can feel overwhelming at times. However, I believe it's well worth the effort.

One system that rules it all. Accounting, CRM and ERP for a steep price
My overall experience is that i wouldn't change systems anymore because this is a one way stop. It has it all to run your company.
Pros
Odoo is an all in one platform. And thats a special given considering the price it holds. You get Erp, accounting and CRM in one. And thats what i like the most. You dont need three different packages anymore and connect them together. This is a winner for me.
Cons

Overall, it's good! But I'm worried about new changes in the latest version to come, which will generate tablets on the shop floor, the need for reconfiguring the hardware, and the need for new training for the personnel to get to speed while producing simultaneously.
Pros

Flexibility and efficiency in work management.
It has an excellent user interface and is easy to use. It also offers various modules depending on the work area and has a wide range of management needs.
Pros
Odoo has helped me maintain control over employee attendance and keep a record of their hours. Additionally, it facilitates the management of each employee by handling their personal information, documents, contracts, and contact details. I have also used it to perform automatic salary calculations based on their working hours.
Cons

Odoo - a mangnificent ERP system also for small businesses
Very good. I am using Odoo since 2014, when it was still for free to small companies. The change from Odoo 8.0 in steps to now Odoo 17 is a very large improvement. upgrades can be tested before implementing. Helpdesk is very good.
I love working with this system. Price/quality is great.
Pros
The easy way to use Odoo and the many possibilities with all the apps available. And the many video lessons to help out.
Cons
The set up sometimes is not easy, if you are not familiar with bookkeeping. A set-up manual would overcome this. Documentation is available, but i.e. does not give the full details for setting up TAX accounts in your specific country.

Odoo is perfect for my SMB for many years, highly recommend!
I use it since Odoo 6. It evolved over the years. Since it is a very horizontal business application, not all modules are very mature. I suggest to start with few modules, set your business workflow around those few modules and slowly install other modules as required. Keep in mind that too many modules with customizations and integrations can be harder to test for version upgrades.
Pros
Although I use vanilla Online version, it is great to know that Odoo is very customizable. I also like that it can be integrated to other applications in my company via the Web API, so it is very extensible. Also, the data models used internally are perfect for my services company, specially the timesheet entries that convert to cost in the analytic accounting, an essential feature that allows us to know if a project is profitable or not.
Cons
Default reports could be better polished or customizable, or maybe I didn't study further how to customize.

Odoo Support Fantastic Review, including opportunity for improvement
Odoo support has been responsive and comprehensive in providing solutions. You can feel and experience that the support associate responding is indeed both professional and an expert on it's own domain and craft. Keep it up!
Pros
Simplicity and beauty. It's out of the box, yet something an enterprise can use to streamline it's backbone processes, while improving business bottom line. Something that consulting can do as part of the company or freelance.
Cons
It's capability to centralize a knowledgebase, not that the Odoo support is not that good and responsive (because they really are great and responsive), but it would help to have like a knowledge AI aside from documentation and e-learning platform.

free one app plan
In general good. The drag and drop is unfortunately less flexible than I experienced with Elementor (e.g. photos can only be posted as 100%, 50% or 25%.) But with a little creativity and adaptability, I made it work for what I need.
Pros
I like the fact that the one-app free plan is free and free for life. I have figured out though I have to be careful NOT to (unconsciously) trigger another app to change my free for life plan to a paid subscription.
Cons
What I didn't like is the lack of clarity of the free one-app plan. Some of the building blocks you can drag into a website come with an "install" pop up, but it should come up with a pop up that explains CLEARLY : "installing this feature will change your free app to a paid subscription. I only clicked to install the website app and "live-chat" and "e-commerce" popped up on my websites page. It seems there were features in those 2 apps that triggered the paid subscription plan. Yes... I didn't go through all the instruction video's, but I think Odoo could be more clear about which apps belong together to stay on the one-app free plan. On the apps page Website app is listed with 5 sub apps. I assumed all of them automatically belong together in the free one-app plan, but I seemed to be wrong. Odoo need to be more clear about this. My problem is now solved (with very good client service), but it could have been avoided if Odoo was clearer on how and when the paid subscription gets triggered,... what belongs together so it won't trigger.

My opinion about Odoo.
As an Odoo user, my overall experience has been a mix of clear benefits and challenges. Starting with the positive, I love the flexibility of the system. The ability to customize and tailor applications to my business’s specific needs has been a huge plus. The fact that everything is integrated into one system – sales, accounting, inventory, and marketing – really helps make workflows smoother and improves overall visibility into operations.
The interface is fairly modern and easy to understand, which is great for someone who doesn’t have much technical knowledge. However, when it comes to more advanced setups, I have found myself needing to hire a consultant for initial implementation as some aspects of the system can be quite complex.
Pros
I really like its user-friendly and modern interface. This software has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
As it is an open source software, Odoo is very flexible to customize applications according to the needs of the company.
Odoo integrates all areas of the business very well, facilitating the management of business processes from accounting and sales to inventory and marketing.
Cons
Initial setup and customization can require a lot of time, technical knowledge or expert help.
Sometimes, when we want to upgrade Odoo to a new version, previous customizations may not be compatible, causing additional effort to adapt custom integrations or modules. Otherwise, all is well.

Horrible product and service for a small company
Nightmare. We spent thousands on Odoo internal consultants, plus we hired a third-party consultant, because Odoo consultants were not available or didn't provide work-arounds. Constant frustration. Hundreds of hours trying to implement the product. Simple tasks like setting up email and service contracts are almost impossible to get working, even with paid assistance.
Pros
Not much to like. We hoped for an all-in-one product to save duplicate data entry. What we got was a ton of non-integrated features, complicated workarounds, and compromises, plus expensive uncaring, unresponsive PAID consultants.
Cons
No field service scheduling. Accounting system is overly complex and not suitable for smaller companies that need simple accounting. Calendar started double-booking, Requirement expensive consulting to implement. Tons of work-arounds. Unresponsive, uncaring consultants, expensive consulting fees.

Love Odoo software. Odoo Service Pack for setup is HORRIBLE!
I strongly discourage anyone from using the Odoo Training Service Pack of hours. We had a horrible experience. The Business Service Analysts who work with you are a joke. I imagine there are some good ones. The program is set up poorly from square one. Regardless of your type of business, you receive the BSA who becomes available next. Even if they have no experience, or relatively little, with your industry. You only have ONE person. Not a team of people. To top it off, we had 3 BSA and all were within their first few months with Odoo. I wish I had a dollar for every time our first BSA said "I don't know." I will be escalating my fight with Odoo to receive a refund for some hours. For instance, we were charged for cancelling a weekly meeting that wasn't confirmed since I was literally in a foreign jungle with very spotty internet. Yet, when our BSA didn't show up one week and we had to email (there is no way to call your BSA) to find out via auto-reply that he was out of the office, well...there was no offsetting penalty against Odoo. We were charged many hours for slow work that I can now do myself in half the time! Use a third party company that specializes in your industry or is close to your location and can visit. The Odoo BSA Service Pack program is so poor that the company actually told me that "We don't guarantee the quality of our service." That should tell you all that you need to know about paying Odoo for implementation of your program.
Pros
There are so many apps/modules that can all be integrated. You can pick and choose which apps to start with and add more as you need or fee comfortable. Small or large businesses can successfully use Odoo.
Cons
Some things are a bit comlex for a small company with limited people to implement what we want. We are a CUSTOM PRODUCTS manufacturing company and there aren't as many resources to learn how to handle manufacturing custom products. Odoo would be great for building a house or an airplane. But I'm struggling to figure out how to have a good flow with 100 orders a day for custom rubber stamps, nameplates, signs and embroidery.
Reasons for Choosing Odoo
The software we switched from is a proprietary program from our small industry and is not listed above. While the software is great for manufacturing in our industry, everything else is not nearly as efficient or effective as what Odoo has. The accounting is especially poor. Reporting is even worse than poor!Switched From

Horrific experience for a small business
Horrific. I feel like they literally stole my money. Nobody could help me quickly without me paying insane amounts of money for them to just literally fix bugs in their system. I sent in an insane amount of help tickets given that I didn't really need the most advanced system in the world. If you are a small business and have only a small amount of tech experience, avoid Odoo like the plague. I cannot speak to how they might be with more advanced needs, but for me, it was genuinely the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Pros
They have a huge variety of apps to choose from and customize. You are able to adapt the software to your needs, however...do not expect to get adequate help or for their instructions to be up to date.
Cons
Almost everything. After purchasing and getting close to the opening of my business, I realized it was probably too complicated a software for me given that my needs as a one-man business are super low. However, I was fine with that - as long as things worked. And they did not. Their point of sale app repeated stopped working completely while my shop was open, and nobody could help me over the phone (even though it was urgent). I would send error codes to their tech team, and every single time, the tech team said they couldn't do anything with the error code. Their sales team was incredibly uninformed when I initially signed up, and told me that I would be able to use my own IoT box without subscribing to the odoo IoT subscription. It became very apparent that this was not the case, fine, I paid for the IoT subscription - then as soon as I did, we realized that the reason we needed could be circumvented very easily. Not to mention, we couldn't connect it to our receipt printer to begin with, and their online instructions were about 10 years out of date. We have since switched to shopify and everything has worked SO smoothly. All I needed was a simple point of sale and inventory system, and Odoo oversold and dramatically underdelivered. My sales rep was on vacation and unable to help me when I opened my business. The large majority of my stress was caused by their system literally not working. My experience with them was a disaster and despite them completely misleading me about the IoT box integration, they refuse to reimburse me. This is apparently their policy, which to me, seems incredibly unethical. Don't sell me something I don't need when the salesperson is on vacation or refuses to talk to me. I cannot scream loud enough for you to avoid this if you are a small business.

Great software that takes a while to prove its worth
Odoo's customer service has often been really responsive - this is not always the case with their partners..... choose carefully.
Pros
Odoo is software with huge possibilities whether your business is large or small. It captures all the data that you require for your business and integrates many aspects of the business workflow.
Cons
It sometimes feels as though one is driving a ferrari with a learner's licence. Keep your expectations under control and be prepared to put a lot of time into learning how to get the best out of the software.

Ultra Paretto Effect : 80% in a few minutes, 20 last in a few days ç
I had 2 experiences :
1) Helped a student to scaffold a blog => OK easy
2) I hoped to scaffold really quickly a simple WebShop for a Volley ball club, based on the free tiers offer.
Didn't want to manage it for them.
But I quickly understood thant couldn't manage the entire process without a long training.
You should provite "simplified worklfow".
Pros
Service, easy to START a project, in a few minutes, with a few questions, you create a website that SEEMS to fit your needs.
Response time of the web interface is really great, that convinced me to use it.
The feeling is good at first sight .. but ...
Cons
Then when you start to dig into the details, it's really hard to setup it.
Absolutely not user friendly. Some Workflox / UX designs are juste ... horrible.
Setup is spread everywhere in different Apps.
You quickly need to dig really deep to understand the product.
Only "developer" oriented (I'm a developer)
Online documentation is a mess. Seems to be great but is always partally translated (in FR), resulting in "Frenchglish" documentation.

Great software - even better support and community
Great. We are replacing several different, un-connected systems with one system that integrates everything, and allows us to tailor each instance specifically to the needs of each of our businesses.
Pros
The flexibility of the system allows us to tailor it to the needs of each of our businesses. And the support is AMAZING!
Cons
It is a BIG system. Trying to get started with a full implementation at once can be a bit overwhelming. It can be a bit intimidating to get started with it on your own.

Amazing ERP/MRP system!
Overall, the Odoo system is incredible. No more paying for each additional module you need. It is all included. They offer a free version if you only need a single module... Who does that?
If you are in the market for a user-friendly ERP or MRP system, look no further.
Pros
Odoo is very user-friendly and the Odoo team is absolutely phenominal. The software is extremely customizable and offers a plethora of features out of the box.
Cons
The subscription fee is due upfront. This can be a little daunting if you are looking for a longer term.

Thank you [sensitive content hidden]
My overall experience with Odoo has been positive. I’m very happy with the results and progress we’ve made using the platform—it’s everything we wanted and even exceeds our expectations in some areas. However, there are times when the system can be a bit confusing and repetitive, which can slow down our workflow. Despite these occasional challenges, Odoo has been a valuable tool for our business, and we’re pleased with the direction we’re headed.
Pros
What I liked most about Odoo is the system's adaptability—it’s incredibly versatile and can be tailored to fit our specific needs. I also want to highlight the outstanding service we received from our consultant, [sensitive content hidden] He’s been extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure we get the most out of the platform.
Cons
What I liked least about Odoo is the way consulting hours are charged and accounted for. We’re concerned about being billed for time spent resolving issues that aren’t our fault, such as bugs or errors within Odoo itself. It would be more reassuring if there was a clearer distinction between time spent on genuine consulting and time spent addressing system-related problems.

Odoo - your first step into the ERP world
The overall experience was good considering we were yet to figure out our detailed needs and modules. We quickly figured that we needed expertise on implementing the solution when we were struggling with growing pains.
Pros
Odoo is easy to customize and use particularly for small and growing businesses who are yet to finalize their needs but must get started on an ERP at the earliest.
Cons
It was hard to implement initially and the limited customer support made it a challenge to begin. The pricing structure is complicated and quickly multiplies making it not so attractive.

Odoo- one system, many business processes
I was looking for a business solution primarily for accounting but when i found Odoo i saw the potential to start with accounting and then add modules over time. I started implementing in april 2023, with accounting. But 18 months later i have website, inventory, purchasing, payroll, employees, timesheets, employee expenses, document management, electronic signatures. Self implemented for my investment management small business. I recommend the system to anyone.
Pros
All in one solution, from website to logistics.
User Interface - easy, clean and straight forward
Value for money
Support is available if needed
Cons
Is not really a con… but it requires investment in your own time if implementing on your own. The scope of the system is wide.

Terrible experience with Odoo and locked into 3 year contract
The implementation process is terrible, and Odoo being newer and less used in the US means their support and staff really do not know much about the system. You are paying them to learn with you, and there is no way to talk to the people that might know the system. It seems all of their developers are overseas, so timing is a real issue. We were told our implementation would be complete by the end of January, and we are in July now and still none of out inventory stays in sync on any of out platforms.(Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce). No one at Odoo can figure out why. One of the support techs told me they do not know much about setting up eBay and showed me what they found about it when the googled the issue. Not very comforting. We have been overselling on our platforms, and that is a very bad thing as am Amazon and eBay seller. We can't get them to prioritize us and get the issues resolved. We were told by our sales consultant and his manager that we would be getting a refund of 100% of the implementation costs, and we have this in email from them. We have still not received this and it is 3 months later. They will no longer even respond to questions about the refund. We are locked into a 3 year, very expensive contract with no hope at this point that the system will ever work for us. We are at the point where we fell we are just going to need to leave Odoo for a new system and it will be a huge loss and almost a year of lost time and resources. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
Pros
We liked the variety of apps Odoo had available for different business uses. We also liked that Odoo could keep our inventory in sync with all of our selling platforms, such as Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce. We also liked the cost, much less expensive than Netsuite. Please see our overall comments below for the after sales call and contract signing.
Cons
Lack of customization of reports without paying Odoo a lot of money to make the changes. Very few report overall. Hard to pull your data from the system due to different application working together.

DO NOT USE ODOO!
I wish I had only signed up to pay monthly, but my "account manager" convinced me that signing up for a year and adding all the users upfront would be cheaper. I started with using the platform to replace QuickBooks. I paid for a two-hour support session with my rep, and during the call, he had to look up or ask somebody else for the answers to my questions on how to do something. By the end of the call, he had not answered how to enter beginning balances. It is a basic function of accounting software, but he didn’t know and said he would get back to me. Here we are three months later, and he hasn't gotten back to me. There were other outstanding items I needed answers to, but he hasn't responded to any of my emails. I emailed him asking for a phone call, but I got ghosted. I contacted customer support to help me connect my banking account to the application, and it took them three weeks to respond, and their answer didn’t fix it. I run a business, and waiting three weeks for that is just unacceptable. Getting no response from my "Account Manager" is unacceptable. Clearly, he's got the wrong title because he manages nothing! He can't even do his job.
So, now, this gets worse. I asked for a refund because the platform is unusable to me. Guess what? I won't be getting one. Why, you ask? Because the company is based in Belgium and I am in the States. Seriously, that's the reason they gave me. WHAT THE HECK?
I've now switched to Zoho and can't be happier! Please consider my experience and try something else instead!
Pros
I like that there are many apps in one platform.
Cons
The applications are not user-friendly! I'm good at learning software, but this one is foreign and complicated. The customer service is HORRIBLE!

Odoo and Francisco make Odoo GREAT!
Our experience has been great! We have a fantastic implementation expert [sensitive content hidden] who has done a noble job learning our processes so that he can tailor-fit Odoo to our corporation. His service has been excellent. Which makes our experience with this ERP all the better!
Pros
Our company likes Odoo because it offers app-based modules that are easy to use. The entire software is capable of streamlining our processes and provides real-time data to all facets of our corporation. We also really like our implementation expert, [sensitive content hidden]. He makes Odoo great!
Cons
The learning curve for implementing an any ERP can be extensive; Odoo isn't necessarily more difficult to implement and may, in fact, be easier to implement than other ERPs. If I had to choose a negative about Odoo - it would be that if you build a sandbox database and choose to go live with that same database, many of the items, transactions, records, logs, etc. cannot be deleted/cleared from the sandbox database.
