Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/772140/Pavago

> Pavago is a full-service offshore recruitment platform built for small and medium-sized businesses in the US, typically those with 5 to 100 employees, across technology, marketing, finance, healthcare, and professional services. The platform is cloud-based, with all service delivery handled remotely through the Scout OS candidate portal.

Core features include a five-step candidate vetting process covering skills tests, video interviews, cultural fit assessments, background checks, and reference checks. An AI-powered recruiter generates job descriptions, matches candidates to roles, and conducts initial video interviews. Shortlists are typically delivered within three days, with an average time-to-hire under 21 days.

Pavago also provides Employer of Record services, handling compliant contracts, local labor law adherence, tax administration, and payroll. Onboarding assistance, ongoing training, and a library of remote team management resources are included. A lifetime replacement guarantee covers every placement at no extra cost.

Talent is sourced from a pool of over 300,000 candidates across Latin America, Africa, South Asia, and Europe. Pricing follows a flat membership model with no salary markups or hidden fees.

Support is available through a dedicated recruiter who serves as a single point of contact, supplemented by an online knowledge base of best-practice resources.
