> EBI24 is a system for electronic document workflow and cost invoice processing for small and mid-sized companies and accounting offices in Poland. Invoices from KSeF, e-mail, scans and the mobile app go to description and online approval, then to the accounting program and a bank payment batch. Every document has a status, an owner and a full history in the electronic archive.

The system also issues sales invoices and corrections, handles contracts and e-signatures (EBISign), document templates, payment reminders and reports. It exports to Comarch ERP Optima, Symfonia, enova365, Wapro and other Polish accounting programs. Accounting offices get their own access. Plans start at PLN 49 net per month.
