Core functions:

- AI schedule builder: describe the job in your own words, typed or spoken, or start from bid documents or drawings. The AI lays out tasks, milestones, dependencies, durations and the crews to do the work.

- Visual Whiteboard: see how work connects across trades and what depends on what, so the office and the field follow the same sequence.

- Gantt chart: the same plan as a Gantt chart with critical path, float, working calendars and real-time resource leveling as you edit.

- AI Chat: ask what drives the finish date or where the risks are. It proposes changes and makes them when you press Apply.

- Progress tracking: record % complete and timesheets, compare against a baseline, and get emails when a task finishes so the next trade can start.

- Sharing and reports: send owners and subcontractors a link to a live Gantt chart or lookahead report that needs no account, or export to PDF, PNG and Excel.
