In a residential community, there are so many small things to manage every day — visitors, maintenance, notices, complaints, documents, facility bookings, staff coordination, etc. Having everything in one system makes things much easier to keep track of. I particularly like the visitor management and helpdesk features. They help reduce the dependency on phone calls and WhatsApp messages, especially when something needs to be tracked or followed up later. The interface is also fairly straightforward, and I like that different users can have different access based on their role. Residents don't need to see or manage things that are meant for the committee or staff. > > **Cons**: Since Tharavadu covers quite a few areas of community management, it takes a little time to understand all the features and figure out what is most useful for your particular community.
