The problem
Many Agile Release Trains still plan their Program Increments in spreadsheets. Specialised SAFe® tools are expensive and often priced per Jira user. Cloud solutions regularly fail IT security or compliance review, especially in regulated industries or organisations running Jira Data Center. And once the plan is finally done, every change during PI Planning means updating the spreadsheet by hand and sending it around again.

How ROADagile works
1. Export your backlog from Jira as a CSV file – the standard export you already use.
2. Upload it to ROADagile and set your assumptions: velocity per team, sprint length, PI start date and capacity buffer.
3. Review the result: ROADagile automatically distributes stories across sprints and teams and generates a roadmap with Gantt view, dependencies, statistics and a hierarchy view (Epic → Feature → Story). Pin features to specific dates or teams where you need control.
4. Share the program board and roadmap via exports – ready for the screen at your PI Planning event.

There is nothing to install, no plugin and no Jira upgrade or migration. Setup takes minutes.
