> BookDoc is Hungarian-language, cloud-based medical practice management software for private doctors and outpatient clinics in Hungary, including dental, dermatology and gynecology practices. It runs in a web browser on computers, tablets and phones.

Patients can book appointments through the clinic's own booking page without creating an account. Clinic staff can manage online and phone bookings in a shared calendar, configure each doctor's working hours and assign services with individual prices and durations. The system supports multiple doctors and locations.

Patient administration includes contact details, appointment and visit history, patient labels and customizable intake forms. Doctors can prepare outpatient visit documents using templates, download them as PDFs or send them by email.

Through Stripe integration, clinics can request fixed-amount deposits, percentage-based deposits or full treatment payments during booking. Each clinic connects its own Stripe account. When payment is required, the booking becomes final after successful payment. Payment deadlines and cancellation-related automatic refund settings are configurable.

The Számlázz.hu integration lets clinics issue invoices through their own connected account as part of the daily workflow.

The standard subscription includes 1 doctor and 1 location, with additional doctors and locations available for an extra fee. Standard pricing is HUF 19,990 + VAT per month or HUF 199,900 + VAT per year. External payment processing and invoicing service fees may apply separately.

The standard free trial is 14 days. The first 100 eligible new clinics can receive a 30-day trial and a discounted monthly base price of HUF 15,990 + VAT with a 24-month price guarantee through the Founder offer, subject to availability. No bank card is required to register.
