The best order processing system.

We switched from another provider to Veeqo a few months ago and have not looked back. The two-way sync between our Woocommerce store and Veeqo is seamless. There is now no need to close orders manually, Veeqo handles everything we ask of it. Shipping integration is fantastic too and works well with Interlink Express.

Pros

Shipping integration.
Two-way communication between integrated channels.
Custom invoices etc.
Easy to use and to teach other staff members.
Customer service both over the phone and via email is fantastic.

Cons

Handling of multi-currency could be better and should allow you to print an invoice in the chosen currency.
Manual invoice creation for business customers could be more in depth and the ability to email and invoice straight out without downloading would be ideal.

Centralized shipping with bonus credits!

Overall, it's been a good experience as it's cut down my daily order processing time.

Pros

I like how Veeqo can bring in multiple different sales from different platforms to one centralized location.

Cons

The credits that Veeqo gives, after the initial trial, are miniscule.

Integrates with Ecommerce, Still Bugs to Work Out and Features to Add

Overall it's worth keeping (so far) despite the major issues with Shopify listed above in the cons section.

Pros

I like that it integrates with many marketplaces and gives good shipping rates and doesn't cost to use like ShipStation does. It's made/owned by Amazon so the integration with Seller Central is reliable

Cons

It doesn't allow post purchase items to be added to the order so we miss shipping those units frequently which is not good for customer service or our costs when we have to ship items again, costing us a lot. Also the tracking emails are getting sent to Shopify customers, and sometimes it doesn't send the right info to get some orders mark as fulfilled. They say they're trying to fix it but it's been a few months now

Veeqo could be the next best inventory management, multi-channel and shipping software in one!

I am extremely excited for Veeqo. There's tremendous change in this space and Veeqo could be the "white knight" many of us small businesses need. However, there are some small improvements for wholesale business needed for us to be able to use it.

Pros

Veeqo is very easy to use and get started. The UI is also nice. It does an EXCELLENT job handling multi-channel (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify) orders and inventory.

Cons

There's not enough built out for the Wholesale side. Custom fields should also be available on product and customer creation and these should be visible in reports.

Reasons for Choosing Veeqo

Tradegecko was incredible and a joy to use. They were bought by Intuit and it became Quickbooks Commerce. After one year, they "sunsetted" it.

Switched From

Reasons for Switching to Veeqo

It ALMOST does everything these other programs do and it's free. It's so close to being superb!

Veeqo Review after 2 weeks

I am able to ship Amazon and ebay items through Veeqo but need to use another shipping site to ship Wal-Mart and woo commerce. I do like not having to change printer types to print packing lists and shipping labels.

Pros

The most impactful features are the integrated shipping. The ability to have all my channels in one place is great and time saving. The product is pretty easy to use. The integration with some of my business channels was a breeze with the integration wizard.

Cons

I feel like the tracking of a shipment is missing or not easy to access. I wish that when you are in shipping and you choose a weight and package size and save it that the system automatically would use those details the next time that same item is sold. Having to enter the weight and package size every time I ship an item it a bit tedious. I am not able to integrate with my woo commerce site and Wal-Mart.

Alternatives Considered

Pirate Ship and BigCommerce

Reasons for Choosing Veeqo

I thought that I would be able to ship all of my channels including Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart and Woo Commerce. And that this would save me time from having to go into each shipping method separately.

Switched From

Pirate Ship

Reasons for Switching to Veeqo

I'm still not 100% sold, but could be when full integration is completed.

Fantastic product jam packed with features

Shipping integrations are smooth and the overall experience with Veeqo has been amazing. The team is good from the start as well. Fantastic. keep up the good work

Pros

Overall system is very strong and adequate. Order and inventory management for our E-commerce Bigcommerce store is really strong. The support team is the best out there when compared to other competition on the market.

Cons

The only con at the moment is that you have to refresh the whole page to see new orders. There should be a button on the page that refresh just the internal screen on not the whole page.

Shipping made easy!

Using Veeqo has enabled us to develop and deploy a unique purchasing and despatch process for the NHS in the UK. By integrating Veeqo with third-party services we have eliminated the risk of data entry errors, particularly with shipping addresses which has resulted in a near-perfect first time delivery success rate. The huge number of articles in the Help Center, supported by a fantastic technical support team, means that we are always able to resolve any niggles incredibly quickly. The support is by far the best I've experienced.

Pros

Veeqo comes with a whole host of features but the pre-built Shipping and eCommerce integrations are up there among the best. Linking to Shopify - easy. Linking to couriers - easy. Each integration took less than a minute to set up and they have all worked faultlessly!

Cons

It's very difficult to find any downside to Veeqo but the one thing that I would really like to see some focus on is the API and provision of webhooks. For orders which don't come via a built-in integration it's difficult to get a notification when an order changes status.

A good system before Amazon bought it

I enjoyed using Veeqo for over a year, it's a well-designed system for inventory and order management and I found the support to be excellent.
Unfortunately, Amazon purchased veeqo in 2021 and because I use the post office rather than a courier, I do not purchase shipping labels. Amazon decided to change Veeqo's business model from a subscription to a cut of shipping labels and they didn't want me as a customer anymore.
Bizarre situation to shut out a perfectly good customer who was more than happy to keep paying, in fact, I even offered to pay more. I felt the staff thought it unfair too as they gave me 6 months of free use while I transitioned to another system which was very kind.
I can't comment on Veeqo today, only my experience from 2020-2021 prior to the Amazon takeover. It was very nice software and I had no desire to stop being their customer.

Pros

UI was clean, modern and well-designed
The label designer is awesome
Good order management
Good inventory system
Good support

Cons

Amazon now own it
Kit/bundle setup was buggy and a bit awkward

Veeqo Amazon Seller Protection - does not work

we have been waiting around 6 months now to get reimbursed as per Veeqo's promises for Amazon Item Not Delivered claims ....and spent countless man hours chasing them up....but CS just make false promises...if they reply at all. as for the advertised 5% credits...in reality these are more like 0.5%. Fools gold both ways - these guys simply do not live up to their promises. dont get your hopes up, and DON'T GO VEEQO 😟

Pros

syncs well to Amazon + other channels. free to use.

Cons

awful product. veeqo claims "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A-to-z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR).** this is a LIE. Amazon will NOT protect your account for labels bought via Veeqo. AZ claims get ZERO protection, Amazon does not care about Veeqo Seller Gaurantee, and ignores it. and Veeqo simply does not care that Amazon does not care! Arrogant and unhelpful customer support who refuse to accept they are making false promises, and do not back their guarantee - instead fobbing off responsibility to Amazon and claiming that Veeqo is "just a third party"

VEEQO is a SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!! YOU WERE WARNED

Pros

all in one tool with good preset reports .

Cons

VEEQO Severely marks up the shipping costs and steals from their customers by not revealing what they are doing. They advertise there 'low rates' when in fact their rates are very expensive. whatever you save on the "Free" software, you will lose and much more. For example, a order that costs me $3.75 to ship via USPS in shipstation, was being charged $8 by VEEQO. besides for all this, the software is slow and buggy.

Cons

Tech support has been great, also API setup assistance

Pros

Amazon stated that shipments through Veeqo that are lost do not count negatively towards our account. Recently we have lost so much time due to lost/damage packages from USPS

Cons

There are shipping services that are not compatible yet, FedEx SmartPost and USPS Ground Advantage, we were told that they should be available by September 2023

all trouble

a) Since the order was shipped with Fedex we cannot print a return label for it
b) We cannot refund/return part of a kit, but only the whole kit

Pros

We’ve listed below a number of issues that we’re having with Veeqo in different topics. Please read carefully. These issues are significantly important for us to run our business in peace. We’re hoping to hear from you soon with your resolutions to these matters promptly.
Regarding Conversion Kits
Our concern about the conversion kits is that when we try to pull up the data to excel sheet (Import & Export Products) we’re unable to see the other equipments that does come with the conversion kits.
Another issue with the kits is that it doesn’t say the word “Kit” when we import or export the products to excel sheet.

As you know all the kits come with various items. These items are also sold as a single item as well. When we manually change the quantity, the system doesn’t update the quantity for availability unfortunately.

Regarding Stock Management

When we try to push an item’s inventory on Veeqo, it uploads to every store that we have available on Veeqo the same quantity. We want to upload different quantities to different stores. For example, we want to update one of our kits on Amazon for 10 units. We also want to put “0” quantities on eBay because we don’t want to sell that item on eBay.

Cons

Regarding Shipping

The system doesn’t send return shipping labels as an email automatically to the customer’s email address. We have to manually download and send email one by one.
The second issue that we have with shipping is, it doesn’t create “FedEx”return labels at all. While it prints outgoing order labels from Fedex but it doesn’t print the FedEx return label unfortunately

The last issue that we’re having with shipping is; when we print the labels it allows us to see how much the label cost at that moment, however once we go back to the same page to see how much the label that we printed cost, it doesn’t show the price paid for the label unfortunately.

Recommend a Friend

We have been using now for around 18 months and it has made our life so easy especially through the last year with Lockdown and remote working. The simplicity of the system along with the ability to manage it from afar is what helps make it so user friendly. Staff find it easy to use and reports are simple to read.

Pros

I find Veeqo a very user friendly system, we currently use this to help run our online and wholesale division and it is super simple to use. The app makes it extremely mobile and gives you the ability to check on tock levels and performances while on the move. The main system is simple to use, recently we have trained 3 new staff on the system and it was so easy for us to do this and also for them to learn.

Cons

It can be a little temperamental when you are searching for products as you need to thoroughly delete the description and then count to 5 before re-entering.

Very Poor Customer Support After Subscribing to service

On the free trial they were very polite. They offered me subscription, which was very cheap compare to the one on the website. so I was thinking, that 60$ is ok price for functionality they have. I have subscribed, but then, it turned out, that those 60$ is just for 50orders. And for my needs I need to pay over 200$.
For startup is not really suitable price, besides functionally is not perfect. so the same hour I have subscribed, I asked politely to help me to cancel the subscription.
Well, they just said they will cancel, but money will not be returned.
I can't use it, so those money is just in garbage. well, is just show, that they prefer to keep 60$ over good customer service and good face. Not really nice way.

Pros

Can pull inventory from Amazon and Shopify with images.

Cons

1. First of all I had to manually enter all barcodes, the system didn't do it. For over 500 SKU it was very annoying.
2. When I was confirming orders in Veeqo, they were not confirmed in Shopify
3. When I gave access to workers and limited their permissions, they could see all information about our suppliers and prices. this is very uncomfortable.
4 and the worst is customer support. They are not helpful at all.

Good Idea, Bad Pricing Strategy

Pros

If you're selling items on a lot of different platforms, it keeps track of your sales in one place, which is a big time saver for small businesses like mine.

Cons

Honestly, this is a cool product that has a good concept, it's just too expensive for what it does. It also doesn't interface with some markets .

Awesome Software

Really don't know what we would do without Veeqo, we use it every day and it just makes things so much easier in our day-to-day lives when we're managing inventories and constantly shipping goods - being able to bulk print our shipping labels has saved us so much time and effort, we seriously didn't realise how time-consuming the task of manually writing labels could be until we started using Veeqo, and now we won't go back. If you're struggling with a big inventory on more than one sales channel, I'd definitely recommend Veeqo as it's about the only thing that's kept my sanity intact!

Great Software For Online Retailers

We had been running our online business for a few years before we started using more than one online sales channel (we used Amazon and eBay and now also use WooCommerce). This made things complicated and stressful, so we decided to implement a software to help us with our inventory. After some extensive research we settled on one of the biggest and most well known softwares on the market. Unfortunately, this didn't work out well for us because the system was complicated to use and the support offered wasn't very good. We heard of Veeqo from a friend who also sells online, so gave it a go because they seemed to really like the platform. Now we're using Veeqo every day to sync our inventories across Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce. We also use it to manage our orders and shipping, which we didn't intend on using at first, but it's actually saving us about 2 hours a day. Absolutely fantastic customer support too. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Pros

- The platform is intuitive and easy to use.
- The support offered is fantastic.
- The price is just right.
- Saves us hours per day.

Cons

We haven't come across any cons yet. We've been using it for a few months now and everything has been working fine.

Great, easy to use and essential for our business

After trying to navigate so many different confusing inventory softwares, we finally found Veeqo - which is the perfect mix of power, efficiency and simplicity - and have stuck with it ever since. Veeqo was really easy to set up and simple to use, which was a breath of fresh air. We use it for processing our orders, managing and syncing our orders and inventories across our sales channels, and for printing our shipping labels in bulk (which is a huge time-saver!). It takes away all the worry and risk of error from the order process. Love the app, love the customer service, no complaints here :)

Pros

Really easy to set up and use with a friendly and knowledgable customer support team who are always on hand to help us out. Integrates with all our online sales channels and even our accounting software.

My experience with the veeqo platform

It is very convenient to track the inventory of various products in all of the company’s warehouses and electronic stores. It is also great for comparing shipping companies, their services and their prices. Reports for all operations are available in it in a professional manner, which makes me aware of everything related to my products, what was shipped from them, and what was delivered to the customer. The final and remaining quantities in the warehouses, each warehouse separately

Pros

It saves me time, effort, and staff in managing the online store, tracking products in several warehouses and shipping companies that I need, comparing prices and services they provide, and it is easy to link to other store platforms and warehouses.

Cons

The price is somewhat exaggerated in the basic plan and it does not include several different languages, especially Arabic

If i did not have some past experience with enterprise scale platforms, i may not have understood some of veeqo's offerings/ features.

Pros

Quick and frugal interface. Easy to get things done quickly once you get a hang of it. Does 75% of what we need out of the box. Constant improvements going on in the background. Comparable to other inventory management platforms for smaller businesses.

Cons

Poor onboarding/startup experience with inadequate or outdated help guides. Since i have past experience in ecommerce and software packages in general, i was able to figure out some of the functions but there was no way to be a 100% sure of how things were interconnected without trying in live setup. There are some pain points here and there all along the way but fortunately nothing that stops things totally.

Very Pleased with this Service and Look Forward to Improvements

Overall, I am pleased with this service and hope that future updates will make it even easier to use.

Pros

My favorite thing is the ease of merging listings when the same product is sold but uses different SKUs across selling platforms.

Cons

I don't like that if 1 SKU is ordered, but that SKU is a bundle that requires multiple boxes to be shipped, you have to manually add additional boxes as "products" to the order instead of being able to just customize the number of boxes, dimensions, etc like you can with other shipping programs. I wish we could print product pictures on the 4x6 packing slip with the shipping label. I wish we could connect our shipping accounts to see our companies rates and still have Veeqo's rates connected as well to compare them all.

The software I was always waiting for.

Pros

The inventory manager has been a game-changer for my online business. Managing multiple marketplaces and eBay multivariation listings used to be a time-consuming struggle, but this tool streamlined everything. With just a few clicks, I can efficiently handle all my eBay variations and seamlessly merge them with other platforms. The user-friendly interface makes it accessible to all sellers, regardless of experience. My inventory is now well-organized, and sales have seen a significant boost

Cons

Compared to the inventory manager I used before, I have noticed that this one is slower when working with inventory management.

An Impressive Software with Room to Grow!

Pros

Veeqo is an great software that streamlines your inventory management, order processing, and shipping tasks. It offers a user-friendly interface and empowers you to efficiently handle your e-commerce operations. And it is completely FREE.

Cons

There are some important automation features missing that prevent me from moving from another software, which if added would make life so much easier and faster when it comes to fulfulling orders. I list some here:1. Automatically assigning orders to custom packaging groups so the correct order size and weight is calculated with the product and packaging together. E.g. a tempered screen protector weighing 80g with 11 x 21 x 1 (w x h x d) dimensions will go into a bubble envelope weighing 10g with 12 x 21 x2.5 (w x h x d) dimensions. So that would be a total weight of 90g. If the order has two screen protectors, they would automatically still be assigned to the same envelope as its dimensions allow for two screen protectors. If there are 3 protectors, then the next packaging size up would be used, etc… Veeqo does not have any options to define custom packaging. 2. Automatically merging orders placed by the same customer at different times, so only one order is shown in the list with the correct packaging assigned and calculated weight, and one shipping label is printed.3. The automatic assigning of IOSS to orders that require it. 4. The automatic printing of cn22 labels for orders that require it. Cn22 should print immediately after the shipping label so we know they are together.5. Add the option to add customer name in the pick list template so those who pick and pack simultaneously can do so easily instead of printing multiple pack lists.

Veeqo new user review

Decent reliable system, if you add the above upgrades it would be awsome!

Pros

The fact that it is free of charge, the support are very helpful, no down time so far, more reliable than other API's we have used, easy to link to eBay and Amazon

Cons

Would like to see product images on the order dispatch queue, and the ability to sort the queue by SKU, to speed up order selection, Instant chat support would be helpful a long with an automatic VAT receipt option to be emailed to customers upon dispatch - need to connect to our Woocommerce store

Veeqo makes our multi-channel inventory management a breeze.

Basically, we needed a more streamlined way of managing our refurbished office chairs, and Veeqo provided the solution. Their interface is user-friendly, their help documentation is clear and easy to find, and if that doesn't help, their customer service is world-class. I work with a number of third-party systems, and overall, Veeqo is tops!

Pros

The product sync between Veeqo and Shopify is painless. Updating product details in Shopify sync into Veeqo without issues, keeping your product data up-to-date. We sell new & refurbished office furniture. Our refurbished office chairs are refurbished on order, and Veeqo allows us to create Bundles, that manage our inventory so Shopify always shows the correct stock available.

Cons

Nothing really, I like working on the Veeqo system. Veeqo suits us 100% for our needs.

Flawless. Genuinely cannot believe so much is being offered for no monthly cost. It's outstanding.

Pros

Cons

Nothing so far. Still early days, but I've not found any issues with the system as yet.

Excellent Resource but Somewhat Difficult to Learn

Difficult learning but it works very well. Shipping rates are good. I'm still having problems connecting my Prestashop Store. I can connect, but it immediately disconnects. Amazon orders are easy. Phone orders are time consuming as I have to add a product or I can't print a label.

Pros

Easy shipping of Amazon orders, including UPS, which never worked for us as an Amazon Seller. It's also free to Amazon Sellers.

Cons

Learning curve. I had to read a lot to learn how to use it and there was no quick support. You have to go through a chat process and then you hear from support later in the day. However, Support has been very helpful. Since I wanted to switch from ShippingEasy, I was looking for easy Return labels. Sometimes a customer calls from months ago and needs a label. I can only print them through Veeqo if I actually shipped the product through Veeqo.

Great, but waiting for more features

Pros

I loved that virtually every channel we sell on was available on Veeqo. We came over from using a similar platform, but Veeqo is loaded with tons more features! The interface is easy to use and support is fast.

Cons

Our only dealbreaker was not being able to integrate with Woocommerce. I was told that the feature is currently in beta, but seeing as it's our primary platform, we'll have to wait until that stable version is released. Aside from that, totally pleased with the platform.

Veeqo - great for multi channel shipping

Overall the platform works well and is great for our Amazon and Walmart business. Support is also very good.

Pros

Low cost and ease of use are excellent reasons to use Veeqo. The promotional discounts are a nice extra

Cons

We are unable to have our UPS account linked and use Veeqo UPS at the same time so that we can choose between Veeqo and our own account for absolute lowest price on every shipment. Our negotiated rates for some sizes and weights is better and ideally we should be able to choose.

Pros
