It brings together the work that usually sits in spreadsheets, chat groups and paper sign-in sheets. Planners build shifts on a two-week Board and are warned about uncovered posts, missing rest periods and guards assigned to the wrong role. Guards use a mobile app to see their shifts, clock in on site within the service area, sign documents and report incidents with photos.
