> Clevra is field service management software for small trade crews, built first for inspection and locating work: septic and sewer camera inspection, backflow testing, leak detection, fire protection, concrete scanning and utility locating. HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies run on it too. It takes a job from the first call to a paid invoice, and its AI layer (in early access) answers the phone, captures what happens on site and writes the inspection report.

How a job moves through Clevra today

Requests arrive through an embeddable request form that accepts photos, an inbound email address or the client portal, with spam filtering and duplicate matching. Estimates are built from a price book with tax classes (GST, HST and PST), and clients approve online with a typed name and signature. A Kanban pipeline shows every open estimate by stage, and on Pro and Business Clevra follows up on unanswered ones.

Approved work becomes a job. The office books visits on a day, week or month calendar with a map view, an unscheduled list and conflict warnings, plus recurring visits. Clients get a confirmation, a day-before reminder and an On My Way message.

On site, checklists (Pro and Business) record readings, dropdowns, yes/no answers, photos and signatures, then become a PDF the client opens in their portal. Timesheets with a timer and approval queue track labour, and job costing shows profit and margin per job.

Generate Invoice turns the job into an invoice. Clients pay by card through Stripe (USD) from the invoice link or portal, and QuickBooks Online sync (Pro and Business) keeps the books in step.

AI available now (Pro and Business)

The AI Business Assistant answers plain questions from live data, like who still owes money or which estimates are waiting, within the user's role. The Clevra MCP connector brings the same data into Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants, where an owner or dispatcher can look up jobs, find open slots, draft an estimate or book a visit after confirming.

Early access AI

AI Receptionist: answers calls and texts while the crew is on a job, captures the request details and books the visit, so a lead calling at 2 p.m. from a basement with a backed-up drain doesn't go to voicemail and then to the next company on the list.

AI site capture: the tech talks through the job and takes photos, and Clevra turns the voice notes into a structured job record with equipment, serial numbers, findings, readings and parts used. It checks for missing details before the tech leaves the site, so nobody drives back for a model number.

AI inspection reports: Clevra builds the report from the checklist answers, voice notes and photos captured on site, fills in the job, visit and property details, and drafts the invoice from the same record. Each report gets a number when it's issued and goes to the client through a secure link they can open and forward without logging in. Revisions record who issued them, when and why, and a report sent in error can be voided with a reason. It's aimed at septic, backflow, sewer camera, roof and other inspections where the report is what the client pays for.

Also included

Every plan has a client portal, a CRM with multiple properties per client, roles from Org Admin down to a read-only Viewer, MFA and an audit log. Pro and Business add two-way texting from a business number, automations and 23 reports. The Technician app for iOS is in beta.

Pricing

There's a free plan for one user. Pro (up to 5 users) and Business (up to 15) are a flat price per company, not per seat, with a 14-day trial and no card needed. Custom plans cover larger teams.
