> Brindola POS is restaurant point-of-sale software that is installed in the venue rather than run from the cloud. A computer on site holds every order, and the venue's terminals, kitchen screens, printers and Android tablets connect to it over the local network, so service carries on when the internet is down; the cloud only receives copies later.

It covers table service on a floor plan, split bills, kitchen display, stock with recipe costing, a self-service kiosk, delivery-platform orders, multi-brand kitchens, staff permissions and reporting. Card payments run on the venue's own bank terminal alongside it. Help comes by email and through an online manual.

It fits independent restaurants, cafés, bars and small groups that want a POS which never stops serving.
