Even on the day of his daughter's function, he prioritized helping me and solved my issue without hesitation. There were many instances where he resolved my concerns even late at night.
He has also trained my Bangalore and Ranchi outlet staff exceptionally well, encouraging them to call him directly at extension number 43 for any issues, promising to resolve them. Both my Bangalore and Ranchi outlet staff and managers have appreciated his dedication and efforts.

Best Pos platform for Fine Dine outlets
Restroworks is helping us in lot of ways.
1. Support team availability on Whatsapp makes it very quick and easy to communicate.
2. Academy also helpls us to training our new staff easily.
3. Changing or switching the devices is easy.
Pros
Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing.
The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system.
very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application.
Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system.
Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements.
Our point of contact Mr. Vishal is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts.
It's also very cost effective which is one of the main point to go for the application.
Cons
The option to have a backup printer is missing, this is crucial in cases where main printer stops working.

A very detailed application and approachable support.
We are using the application to generate daily and weekly reports and it helps us to manage our reporting efficiently.
We can also track data by Tab, by user and by server also.
Overall a great applictaion to use.
Pros
It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.
I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.
Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.
The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.
Vishal was very helpful always available everytime that we had troubleshoot.
Cons
Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.
Posist lite app is not working for now.
UI customisation so that we can set it up as per our requirement.

Restroworks implementation at Roche and Kyo in Bahrain
We are using the application for order punching, using QR ordering so that customer can place the orders, we are alos using the software for reporting purpose.
Pros
Billing screen in very user friendly and easy to operate, users find it very easy to learn.
Backend setup from IT perspective is also very simple, things can be done very quickly.
We are also using QR Ordering which allows customers to place orders directly using their phones while sitting on the table.
We are working with Vishal from implementation team for implementing our 3 restaurants, Kyo, Roche and L Atleir.
Cons
All is good, nothing to dislike.
It works properly without any issues.
