Pros
POSist has a good feature in the POS like ( CRM , Reporting , Stock) and it is very easy to understand and use. provides good segregation in admin and user permissions which keeps our data secure
Also online features are much good.
Cons
As of now nothing to share in least, but one suggestion please remove the dependency from browser.

Item master takes a lot time to add new items and we c=have to go through the entire BFCD process to add/ edit items.

Restroworks implementation at Roche and Kyo in Bahrain
We are using the application for order punching, using QR ordering so that customer can place the orders, we are alos using the software for reporting purpose.
Pros
Billing screen in very user friendly and easy to operate, users find it very easy to learn.
Backend setup from IT perspective is also very simple, things can be done very quickly.
We are also using QR Ordering which allows customers to place orders directly using their phones while sitting on the table.
We are working with Vishal from implementation team for implementing our 3 restaurants, Kyo, Roche and L Atleir.
Cons
All is good, nothing to dislike.
It works properly without any issues.

Posist usage @ OCEC Ghala
We are using Posist for Order Management, Online Ordering, Inventory Management and reports tracking.
Overall we are very satisfied with Posist and it's services.
Pros
Talabat integration has made our operations very easy and smooth, orders are landing directly on the KDS without any intervention whoch helps in achieving efficiency.
Cockpit app helps us to get the currect sales/stats on our smartphone.
Support from Vishal, He helped us on every stage, Integrations, Menu Updates, Thermal printer setup ETC.
Order puching is easy and can be done in seconds.
Cons
Brand wise reporting should haven been better where we can check order related details for every tab/brand.

We can update the item status to out of stock and in stock from the billing screen only.

Wonderfull experience of uisng Posist by Regenta Inn Gurugram
We are uisng restroworks to punch bills, send bills to guest rooms, view guest details before posting bills.
It is really benefiting us as the application is linked with our PMS which makes it very smooth and easy.
PMS integration is so deep that if we don;t close the day in our pos system it doesn't allow us to close our day in pms which removes the chances of any user errors.
Pros
We are using Posist for managing our restruant and room service in our Hotel and i must say it works very well.
It is integrated with our PMS also which ensures that we are able to get all the gust details directly from our pos system.
Reports are very detailed and useful.
We can post guest bills directly to their rooms from our system.
Overall it's a great system to use with easy interface.

Vaoyage of Wellness Review for Restroworks.
Its good so far and team is very supportive.
Pros
We are satisfied with the Application and with their smart Card setup. For our inhouse canteen we have started the smart card and its stopped the cash flow.
We have started assigning the smart card to all the staff with the recharge amount and they can reddem the amount in each bill.
Reports are also good.
Cons
In first month due to the some mistake in inventory, We have faced some issue and they have suggested us to wait for month end.
Now this is resolved.

We are Uinsg Posist for daily order punching through Barcode for weighing items and manually for ala carte items.
We also generate daily reports to get the insights of our operations.
We have also integrated Posist with Qlub for digital payments.
Pros
It is very usefull, specialy in punching items by scanning the barcode. We have integrated Posist with weighing scale and it works very good.
We have served over 400 guest during our busy hours and posist was very fast and relaible during busy operation.
