# Citras

> Citras, by MBTenerife, is a coordination console for centres that manage ambulances and patient transport. Every ambulance, every transfer and every alert sits on one screen.

For the coordination centre: a live map with each vehicle and the patients waiting for pickup; urgent calls in progress; scheduled transfers and their routes; the fleet with its daily checks, breakdowns and supplies close to expiry; and staff with their qualifications. A log of the day keeps a record of what happened and when.

Routes for scheduled transfers such as dialysis, rehabilitation or consultations are planned automatically. The planner takes into account what each patient needs (stretcher, wheelchair, walking aid, companion), the pickup window and the appointment time, and the seats available in each ambulance. It replans when a transfer is added, an urgent call comes in or a vehicle goes to the workshop.

For crews: a phone app to clock in, check the ambulance before leaving, follow the route sheet stop by stop and report a breakdown.

For patients and families: a link that shows where their ambulance is and when it arrives. It needs no registration and no app, shows only their own transfer and expires at the end of the day.

Citras fits a single ambulance company, a hospital, mutual insurer or health insurer, and contracts shared by several companies. The interface is in Spanish. Citras is currently a working prototype with a public demo using invented data.

€18 per vehicle per month, all features included. Tracking hardware is optional and billed separately.
