Speakers and exhibitors submit files through a single shared link with no account or login required. Uploaded files are automatically renamed and sorted into the correct session folder, removing manual renaming and spreadsheet tracking.

Core features include speaker and exhibitor management, submission tracking, deadline management, and one-click or scheduled reminders for outstanding submissions. A read-only AV view groups files by session for straightforward event-day handoff. Rosters build automatically from any uploaded spreadsheet, and each file type can be configured with its own fields and format requirements.
