> Ask Brigid is practice management software for private consultants in Ireland and the secretaries who run their practices. The diary, the patient record, letters and invoicing sit in one system built for speed, where patient search returns results as the user types. Brigid Clinical Intelligence files emails and attachments to the right patient, books appointments, fills letters from the practice’s templates and queues an invoice for each consultation, and staff approve each action before anything is sent. Letters awaiting signature and unpaid invoices stay in view until they are done, and patients pay by card through a payment link. Clinical Intelligence does not make clinical decisions. Records are hosted in AWS Dublin (eu-west-1), Ask Brigid’s team moves records from iMedDoc, Socrates or HealthOne, and pricing is per practice with every seat included: Essential is EUR 129 and Professional EUR 299 a month, plus VAT.
