Each company configures its benefit: which services are covered (therapy, psychiatry, coaching, nutrition, financial wellness and more), how many sessions each person gets per month or per year, the coverage level (fully covered or co-pay), and an overall cap on the balance. Sessions are charged only when booked, and on-time cancellations are refunded to the balance.

Optional add-ons include talks and workshops, leadership training, Mindcare 360 wellbeing assessments and coverage for employees’ family members. HR teams get a real-time dashboard with aggregated usage data and a dedicated account manager.
