> Método X helps personal trainers run an online coaching service in Spanish. Its coach dashboard brings together client records, workout programming, nutrition and progress reviews. Each client accesses a mobile-friendly web app to record workouts and daily habits. The entry subscription is Starter: EUR 14.99 per month for up to five clients.

Coaches can arrange exercises in blocks and supersets, set repetitions, target RIR and rest periods, and repeat training weeks. Recipes use ingredient quantities to calculate calories and macros. Assigned meals can be customized without changing the library recipe.

Pro and Studio include custom branding and review reports. Studio also includes client imports and team accounts. Método X is browser-based software with an installable client web app, rather than a separate native app published in the app stores.

The standard monthly subscriptions are Starter at EUR 14.99 (up to 5 clients), Pro at EUR 59.99 (up to 50) and Studio at EUR 99.99 (up to 100). Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at EUR 155.88, EUR 599.88 and EUR 959.88, respectively.

New coaches receive a one-month free trial and can use a sample client before inviting real clients. No payment card is required for the trial; this is not a free-forever subscription for new accounts. Coaches select a paid plan afterwards. Payments from their own clients are tracked manually and are separate from the coach’s subscription to Método X.
