- **Pricing Details**: Tagaris is priced on the people and organisations using it, never on the number of assets. Every feature is on every plan, including single sign-on, the audit log, reports, the REST API and Jira ticketing, so a plan never withholds a capability.

The free plan is the install owner plus unlimited view-only people, on one organisation, with unlimited assets, no export limit and no trial clock. It is a working plan rather than a demo, and the whole register exports to CSV or JSON at any time.

A Team licence adds seats for the people who change things: Admins, Editors, and view-only people given a permission through an access group. The install owner never uses a seat, and view-only people are always free and unlimited. Seats come in bands of 5, 10, 25 and 50, from 199 GBP a year, with monthly billing available at a higher rate. More than 50 seats is quoted on request.

Running separate registers for several client companies on one install, as MSPs and group companies do, is a paid add-on priced by the number of organisations.

Keys arrive by email within minutes of checkout. A key activates once and is then verified offline on your own server, and air-gapped installs apply a licence file with no internet access at all. If a licence lapses nothing is deleted: seat holders are paused rather than removed, the owner and view-only people carry on, and export keeps working.

Self-hosting is the primary way to run Tagaris. If you would rather not run a server, a managed instance can be hosted for you on request.
