> Hoterly is an operations app built for hotel teams. It brings together the daily coordination that usually happens over WhatsApp, paper logbooks and spreadsheets.

Core functions:
- Communication between departments: requests are assigned, followed and closed, with history and notifications.
- Shift reports, instructions and daily briefings, so each handover is complete.
- Housekeeping: daily room plan prepared from a PMS data import, with automatic room assignment.
- Preventive maintenance boards, internal audits and regulatory compliance tracking.
- Inventory per department and activity statistics.

Modules are enabled per hotel and per person. The app runs in any browser, on phones and computers, without installation, in 6 languages.

Security: each hotel has its own isolated, encrypted database, hosted in the EU and GDPR-compliant.

Best suited for independent hotels and small hotel groups in Europe. Hoterly works alongside the PMS and does not handle reservations or billing.
