Overall a Positive Experience
Overall, learning to use iSpring has been very exciting, and I'm looking forward to where it takes us in the future. It's already begun to streamline the process, and I'm sure it will soon become an invaluable tool in our arsenal.
Pros
It's really easy to use, and the layout is very friendly. Especially when we enrol learners, the way they see the learning track and all their resources is polished and professional.
Cons
There are a lot of really good features, but they seem underdeveloped. There's no consistent codes, for example, for the notifications- only one type of notification can address the user by name, for instance. I feel like there are a lot of functions that could be expanded on, to make iSpring more versatile and functional.

Overall Experience ISpring Suite and Tech Support
Great help in creating my asynchronous modules, though a bit tedious when doing the voiceovers.
Tech Support is really great. Quick resolution and patient agents. [sensitive content hidden], to name a few, that I have encountered recently due to an ongoing issue. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable; he has already assisted me twice and resolved both issues. [sensitive content hidden] extended her assistance even after the resolution and was eager to do a follow-up. [sensitive content hidden], on the other hand, was really patient as I navigated and looked for my missing files.
Pros
Interaction and quizzes. Allows some activity so the course will not be monotonous.
Cons
Still avatars and voiceovers. Tedious task to do voiceovers.

I believe it's a great tool and the support system is very efficient and quick to answer.
Pros

Never thought I would be developing courses!
Great... from the demo, to the trial, to the communication and interactions with questions, or issues... The iSpring team has been phenomenal!
Pros
I enjoy the fact that this venture all started as curiosity revolving around making more interactive content for our team. I have NEVER developed anything more than a basic ppt.
The ease of use, videos tutorials, and online support is amazing!
I went from never even attempting something like this to creating an entire multi course program that is fully interactive, with touches of user personalization! I'm excited to role it out to the teams!
Cons
So far so good... I would just like to see personalization being able to carry on throughout an entire lesson, and more posture choices, and/or movement of the characters within the role-plays.
Also in the Role-Play, possibly an ability to branch of from a scene that does not have a 'message' or 'reply'.

Successes with iSpring Suite
I really like the product and will continue to use it. The support staff has always been helpful to work with and are great at troubleshooting errors.
Pros
I use iSpring Suite to develop training content for our different engineering teams across North America. iSpring allows me to create customized training for our unique company needs that caters to our different engineers and departments. The tool is very easy to use and within a few weeks, I felt I could quickly produce high quality training materials.
Cons
I find that the tool is not always consistent in publishing the content for use. It works 85% of the time. The few times it does not work, it is always easy to fix. It's just time consuming to republish but you can usually fix the errors.

Amazing experience
Pros
everything. All is great. The Customer support, the simplicity to use it, the features it has. The more I work with it the more I learn how to create even better courses and they become amazing
Cons
Here and there there are tiny things that could be easier. For example choosing more than one slide template at a time during course creation. Would be good to have an opportunity to have text to speech option in normal mode not only in interaction But this is so tiny compared to all the great things it has that I even feel bad talking about them.

ISpring First Impressions
ISpring is an easy to use tool for people building learning content who don't have coding experience to create custom interactions. If you know power[point you can get ISpring happening easily.
Pros
Powerpoint Integration. The new illustrated characters are on the mark. Keep them up. Don't like the human cutouts (not just ISpring versions but that style overall across eLearning). I like how they are not exaggerated caricatures/cartoons but reflect 'people in professional contexts.'Could build out this line of characters with more variety of poses. Sitting, walking, using tools, Side, back, 3/4 etc as these more active poses work in scenarios. The existing library of 'gestures' are fine but they are limited in storytelling for workplaces. These illustrated characters really work well with the Powerpoint animation tools.
Cons
Separate modules/Widgets for interactions. limited customisation parameters.Audio integration a bit fiddly.

Excellent Technical Support

Pros

Trustworthy partner
Have been a long time user and I tested/used multiple authoring tools. None of them compare to the ease and service that iSpring does.
Pros
I would give customer support 10 extra stars if I could! I hardly ever need them, but when I do, they are fast, very knowledgeable and will only stop when it's solved.
Cons
Export files for translations should have the option to choose which xliff version. With only one .XLIFF version (1.2) I cannot use this functionality at all, as my translation software only accepts another version. And trust me, that company also got this feedback in reverse!

Course creations are made really easy
We use powerpoint to build our content with embedded recordings of the presenter and powerpoint animations.
We embedded quizzes and role plays which send their results to a custom database.
iSpring is able to generate the online content with embdded videos, keeping the animations synchronous to the videos. Users can go direct to a specific slide using the search bar or go through the content as a video as they wish, controling the pace of the video. They can also just move from slide to slide and answer quizzes directly from the presentation.
So a course is fully embedded into one and single place.
Pros
Very good tool to generate online content based on powerpoint.
The generated courses embed online videos, quizzes, role play games keeping all powerpoint features animations and browsing facilities for a maximized user experience.
Cons
Working on a synchronized folders such as OneDrive leads to some synchronization issues on the linked quizzes which are stored in a local folder. This reduces the capability to work in collaboration with colleagues.
The tool may also improve by providing some ways to automate, script actions such as changing templates, applying properties, and so on in a batch mode for multiple files at once.

IsPring Review
In general, our experience with iSpring has been highly positive, and we see significant potential for further exploration to continue digitalizing our training efforts. Given our company's ongoing commitment to improvement, we are excited to prioritize eLearning and explore diverse training alternatives. This approach enables us to offer training opportunities to our users at their convenience, without the need for a trainer's physical presence. The flexibility and accessibility of iSpring align well with our evolving training strategies.
Pros
I truly appreciate the ease with which we can create and navigate content within the system. Given our extensive experience with PowerPoint, iSpring provides a seamless transition to a robust content library and effortless module assignment across various teams. The ability to monitor progress and pinpoint knowledge gaps among our users is invaluable. The interactivity of the platform allows us to craft engaging eLearning experiences and effectively digitalize our training process. It's a fantastic tool for enhancing our training efforts!
Cons
One of the most challenging aspects we encountered was automating the registration process for each user within iSpring, particularly in our fast-paced and dynamic company where team changes due to new hires and promotions are frequent. Although we devised a method to automate this process and integrate it with OKTA based on job titles, the system does not automatically update when employees switch teams. This has a detrimental impact on our reporting, and the manual updating of lists is time-consuming. Additionally, we see an opportunity for enhancements, particularly in the area of card flips, to further optimize the platform.

Nice tool for good price
while not at the very top of eLearning softwares, it is definitely worth its price and as with many "smaller" companies the support is what sets them apart from other providers.
Pros
really easy to use, Powerpoint plugin integration helps starting projects quickly and efficiently. Useful functionalities keep being added (i.e. last year text to speech). Low price compared to other providers like Adobe Captivate. Customer Support always answers quickly and resolves most issues in no time, big plus for us.
Cons
collaboration with colleagues is still not optimal. Working on a shared drive is impossible, the cloud solution requires you to upload and download the project every time you make a change and still it is not seamless and you sometimes need to link project files with source files when editing a colleagues file.

Review iSpring Suite
I have been using iSpring Suite in my work (non-profit) for over 5 years and I would not choose to work with any other program. Many teachers use my presentations and tests every day (I am the author of one of the largest geography education portals in Poland - www.ografia24.eu).
Pros
The versatility of the package and its good integration with PowerPoint and many types of quizzes, including the ability to create quizzes on a map, which is crucial in the case of the subject I teach (geography).
Cons
Everything is at a high level. I would only add an administration panel to the online test results sent (so that you could implement it yourself on your website

I recommend iSpring to everyone.
I'm creating an interactive course for children, and it's excellent. I can easily convert PowerPoint into SCORM. The technical support is always there and responds within 24 hours. Thank you.
Pros
I like the tasks, such as matching pictures with words, drag and drop, and other interactions.
Cons
I think there aren't enough illustrated characters for young children, as well as backgrounds

Pros

Cons
This is the first project I worked and and so far all is fine

Great for Compliance Training Records
Overall impressed with the product and support.
Pros
The customer support - they always respond within a couple of hours with clear step by step instructions and pictures.
Cons
Making quick updates / publishing function can be time consuming.
Would be good to have a live test mode (to be able to skip slides / work through faster when testing).

I recommend iSpring to any user
It has been positive from first talking to our rep when we were looking for an online program. The trail went smoothly, but the backup service from the support team is just the best. They are patient and nothing is too hard for them to help with.
Pros
It can be easily used as part of Power Point. If you are familiar with power point it is relatively easy to use iSpring.
Cons
Just learning a new program. but with patience I learned that it wasn't that hard to use.
