Optimoroute has been my go to service for years now. With lot's of different needs from overnight routing for weeks, across hundreds of locations, to day to day service use. There are so many parameters which is great, but sometimes can make it hard to use for someone new to the software. I've always had someone call me and help me with service although it usually took a couple days for them to get back to me. Even for a brand-new driver, you are forced to break out of your custom app and manually use their web dashboard or CSV upload to build their profile before the API can interact with them. It also lacks basic endpoints like bulk order retrieval by date, making custom integrations a hassle. > > While OptimoRoute is a capable standalone product for dispatchers, it falls short as a developer platform.
