> **Pros**: Drop and drag function to upload paperwork. Easy to see revenue and cost margins on each order and status of the orders as each status has a different color. Filters were easy to use for reporting.

> **Cons**: Customer service was slow at responding to issues and needed customizations. Divisions did not default so reclasses were needed to be done at month end. Had to manually export everything to another accounting system for most reporting.

> Needed more customizations for everything to work as needed for accounting. Lots of errors were never explained and were faulted on intermittent system glitches. Information would not always flow back and forth from QuickBooks.

> **Cons**: I feel sometimes that it is a race to get new features out to customer and not enough review is done once released to improve existing features and overall user experience

> Very satisfied with the product overall.  Was very easy to get set up and we were running all of our business through the system within days.
