Among other many things, it really helped us to ensure we were well prepared for our 1st external Audit. - When we had MDSAP/ISO 13485 related questions, it was great to have the feedback of \[sensitive content hidden\] who also provided us with valuable information to carry our operations and to do well on our first external Audit. - We value the different forms/certifcates/SOPs that were made available to us upon request to help us to adapt to the eQMS. > > **Cons**: We had some technical issues with the software. Some issues were simply us misunderstanding something, I am not referring to those. I am referring to issues we shared with isolocity (to confirm it's not a mistake from us and to check if there is a solution). These technical issues are unreseloved: - We cannot download blank versions (uncompleted) of our Templates.
