Praxis has laid out the screens and links in a manner that make my job much easier than it might have been. I had some problems due to my being new at EMRs and the complexity of the data we enter. The Praxis help desk has been a real asset. The people have been very friendly and helpful. They remembered my Dr even after a number of years or her not contactying them - good feeling\! I very much appreciate that there is no charge for their help, unlike many other software suppliers costing as much as $200 per hour.
